We recommend having a vehicle to explore the nearby areas, such as Ölüdeniz and Fethiye Beach. Other than that, the accommodation is perfect for couples. Highly recommended!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The checkin process was simple and well-communicated. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described if not better. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure I had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and all the little touches made it feel like a home away from home.

Thank you so much to Ms. Naciye for sharing her really stylish and useful house with us. Our house was really like the home of someone we know, away from commercial activity. Everything was sparkling clean including the drawers. He understood our later guests, which were considered to be Emrivaki, and we did not lack the slightest. The location was great, you go to the beach in 7 minutes by car, you can get to the markets for 2-3 minutes. It was a great house, away from the humidity, away from the noise of the city, but right next to it, I would like to share that there are breaks on the internet regionally. If I go again, I will definitely not look for a house, thank you so much Ms. Naciye.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. We were particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness – everything was sparkling clean, well maintained and lovingly prepared. You feel immediately welcome and comfortable. The villa is not only tastefully decorated, but also ideally located: the beach is just minutes away, which is especially convenient for relaxing days by the sea. At the same time, the city is also quickly accessible – ideal if you want to stroll, eat or shop in between. Another highlight was the private pool: clean, pleasantly tempered and perfect for cooling off and relaxing – a real plus! The combination of tranquility, comfort, proximity to the beach and proximity to the city makes this accommodation really special. We can recommend it without restrictions and will be happy to come back!

We spent 7 wonderful nights in the villa and had an all-round relaxing time. The house was very clean, as was the pool – everything was regularly maintained. A big thank you to Mustafa, who was always there to help us with advice and action and helped us immediately with any questions. You should know that Yesilüzümlü is a rather remote place – just right for those who are looking for peace and want to simply unwind. If you want some hustle and bustle, you can get to the center of Fethiye in about 20 minutes by car or taxi. We can definitely recommend the villa and would be happy to come back!

We had a very nice holiday, it is definitely a place we would prefer if we go to these sides again.

Positive aspects; The house was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The whole place was super clean. The pool was well-maintained and lovely. The garden was very nice, we even picked fresh onions and added them to the meals. The towels and beds were very clean. When you woke up in the morning, the sounds of birds gave you peace. It was nice to have a fireplace and a barbecue. It was in a very safe location. Negative aspects; The lock system of a sun lounger was broken. It got caught in my hand and my finger was seriously damaged. The jacuzzi's fountain didn't work. There was almost no internet connection. Things to work on: The area between the pool and the vegetables is very empty. You can also add or move things there. There is noise as construction continues in the villas next door. It can be preferred after the construction is finished. The carpet in the living room can be changed, there are stains, it is disturbing. My advice to those who will come by navigation is to come to Göcek and take the back road. When you enter from Dalaman, the road is incredibly bad. Apart from all this, it is a place that should be easily preferred and visited.

The property is idyllically and quietly located in the middle of a picturesque landscape with mountains – perfect for those seeking nature and relaxation. Surrounded by dogs, cats, chickens and goats, you immediately feel welcome and grounded. The villa itself is spacious, tastefully decorated, very clean and offers much more than many other accommodations – from all kitchen utensils to loving details. The location is ideal: just a short drive to Fethiye, but still far from the hustle and bustle – a perfect retreat with plenty of sun. The hosts were extremely warm, helpful and always proactive – everything worked smoothly. We would come back anytime – absolutely recommended!

Second year back here, great house that is even better than the pictures. The host is really helpful & communicative and arranged our transfers too which was really helpful. Walking distance to the town & a taxi button right outside for going to the beach/markets. Overall a great house & pool in a great location. Highly recommend.

Our host was amazing so responsive to any messages we sent, helped with taxis and recommendations! The house is beautiful there was 6 of us it’s very modern and comfortable but I would say they stairs could be not suitable for you by children or older people but for us it was perfect! The pool area was cleaned most days and it truly made our holiday very special ! Thanks again emre

Kayaköy is a hidden gem looked after and deeply cared for by the locals. Few more so than Ozgur and family. They are a special bunch, warm and welcoming, present and helpful, living and loving life earnestly everyday. Yellowstone is just as beautiful of a home. Cosy, homely, peaceful and secure, the home and farm is the ideal getaway equipped with everything you need to relax and take in all that Kaya has to offer. This is without a shadow of doubt one place we’re super excited to visit again and again. Thanks so much for a memorable experience 🫶 P.S. The house was perfectly clean, the garden was nice and quiet, and the pool was cleaned everyday. We felt at home and will be back as soon as possible. I even told my wife I was going to ask for an option to buy the place.

The house was clean and nice. It was very comfortable to have a toilet and bathroom in both rooms. We had a couple of problems with the water, but they came and solved the problem as we asked.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Cenk and his wife Müge. The house is more beautiful and cozy than the pictures, you don't feel like a stranger, you feel like you are at home. I would like to say that if you don't have a lot of work to do around, if you just want to relax, Yeşilüzümlü is an ideal village. There is a grocery store in front of the house, a market on the upper street, it is really ideal for those looking for calmness. First of all, the hosts are very welcoming and the house is very cozy. I hope to go again as soon as possible

The house matched exactly what was described and illustrated. I think you go up 80-100 steps, it was a little difficult when carrying the suitcases at the first entrance, but it ❤️ was worth the view. As stated in the explanations, the fact that it was next to the bar street caused music and entertainment sounds until the morning hours, but we did not have a problem because we were not sensitive to sound. The fact that it is in the center was one of the features that we liked very much, meaning that we could walk and reach many places on foot. It was a great luxury to be able to join the boat tour in front of the house. The surrounding beaches are also a very short drive away (dolmush, taxi, personal car, etc.). I can only criticize the shower cabin and the toilet door, that's all. Thank you to the host.

It was a one-night stay with my family, but I'm glad we chose this place. Everything was thought out for the guest in the house, and we felt at home. I went to Mr. Ufuk's house with my group of friends. Mr. Ufuk was really helpful in communication. I contacted him regardless of the time. The house was very clean, very handy. The garden, the pool, the seating area, the barbecue, everything was great. We were very pleased. You can choose with peace of mind. The location of the house is a little higher, you definitely need to have a car. It is 30 minutes from the sea and Fethiye bazaar, but it is a quiet place to relax.
