Enjoy a great travel experience in this strategic residence. In a very safe accommodation in a privileged location two minutes away on the beach ,five minutes' car on cabonegro, he is on the first floor of the elevator and there is a private park in the apartment , a new apartment that has never been rented before ,and in the summer(July and August)there are events on a daily basis. Note(previous reviews are available on an old listing that has been removed)

We are very satisfied with our trip. We know Martil very well and this place is the best place right on the beach. The terrace really has an exceptional view. It is really a very pleasant place to spend a good time with family. This February we were provided with a heater, we didn't even need to use it. Reda who takes care of everything if necessary is very welcoming and reachable. We recommend it. 👌

We were welcomed by Zaid who was very kind, helped with our laguage and recommended directions. The host's family was very kind and welcoming as well. The house is spacious and offers the best of both worlds: it’s close to the center of the old medina, yet it's located above so you feel away from the buz of the city so it feels calm and serene.

I stayed at Driss' house with my family and it was really perfect. The appartment is located inside a complex that has security guard in the entrance. Very clean, green and has two swimming pools! Driss is an extremely nice person who was very responsive and helpful for us. His place is spotless clean, comfortable equipped with all the necessary amenities and equipments. He provided clean sheets and pillows. The Appartment has an outstanding View on the garden and pool. There is also a smart TV for a cozy moment with family. I highly recommend Driss ' place for a stay in Martil or the neighbouring towns.

We were travel weary when we arrived at Thierry's Dar Dunia and enjoyed our unplanned rest period there a lot. The rooms were functional, but the really wonderful thing about this place are the terraces and inner courtyard (plus tortoises, which especially our daughter loved a lot). We just sat and rested and looked at the roofs of Chefchaouen and the star constellations above. Thierry was incredibly helpful and nice and gave us strawberries for the tortoises to feed 😊 🌈🐢🐓🦥🦚 is my daughter's contribution to this review 😉 She loved it.

Nice apartment in an A location! Beautifully spacious complex that was recently built. We had the pool all to ourselves! Location is very close to Cabo Negro beach and various restaurants. Perfect base to explore the area. Ahmad was friendly and made us feel completely at home. We could always reach out to him with questions. The apartment is modern, spacious and clean and has high speed internet and good wifi coverage. In short: we have enjoyed and will definitely be back! Thank you Ahmad!
