Nice apartment in an A-location! Beautifully spacious complex that was recently built. We had the pool all to ourselves! Location is very close to Cabo Negro beach and various restaurants. Perfect base to explore the surroundings. Ahmad was friendly and made us feel completely at home. We could always reach out to him with questions. The apartment is modern, spacious and clean and has high speed internet and good wifi coverage. In short: we have enjoyed and will definitely be back! Thank you Ahmad!

Cosy penthouse on sea front with amazing view

Great location on the promenade along the beach and close to two trails that take you into the beautiful Tarifa surrounds. The view from the apartment is spectaclular (wetland, beach, sea, waves, and Morocco in the distance). The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. A supermarket is close by along with an array of restaurants including a vegan option, which is not always easy to find in Spain. We were there off season so we did not have to contend with the crowds I expect descend on Tarifa in season.

Great location with a nice, helpful host. Weak batteries in the door lock were causing problems, so he had replacement batteries brought over quickly. The view of the beach is simply wonderful, and the ocean breezes were fabulous. Highly recommended.

Malin as the host was very responsive and friendly, made the check in process very pleasant. The room was very cozy and clean, with beautiful view and jacuzzi/pool downstairs. Unfortunately we didn’t have the time to get to enjoy it which was a pity, but the room definitely worth recommending!! A big plus is, the room is within walk distance to basically everywhere. I really enjoyed my stay :))

We are very satisfied with our trip. We know Martil very well and this place is the best place right on the beach. The terrace really has an exceptional view. It is really a very pleasant place to spend a good time with family. This February we were provided with a heater, we didn't even need to use it. Reda who takes care of everything if necessary is very welcoming and reachable. We recommend it. 👌

Loved it! The weather wasn’t kind to us but luckily the apartment was well located and so cosy that the weather didn’t matter too much. A great location, walking distance to great bars and restaurants and a shop. Lovely apartment, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The shower was especially nice and the bed super comfy.

3-day stay. We went there by car, it was very easy to park the car on the street right next door. The apartment is in a very good location and safe. It is located on the second floor and includes an elevator. We loved the small private terrace. I highly recommend this apartment, everything was perfect! Belén is very attentive and makes sure everything goes smoothly for check-in. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, it's great! For tuna lovers, I suggest the restaurant La Fresquita de perea.

I had a great time at Mr. Hicham's apartment. The space was clean, well-equipped, and as described. The location is ideal, and Mr. Hicham's warm welcome made my experience even more enjoyable. I would like to thanks marwa about her greeting’s since day one and she will make sure that everything is perfect during your stay. Her apartment simply a pearl in the sea, i can say that is super clean and decorated even more than a five stars hotel rooms or suites. Gorgeous apartment, exactly like on the pictures. Everything is new, and spotless clean. 5min walk to supermarkets, 10 min to the beach. The apartment had everything we needed, beautiful terrace to enjoy breakfast in the sun! Check-in very convenient woth lockbox. Lots to see all around, beaches, villages, hikes within a 20 min drive. Recommendations from the gost were great. We would definitely stay here again.
