Nice apartment in an A-location! Beautifully spacious complex that was recently built. We had the pool all to ourselves! Location is very close to Cabo Negro beach and various restaurants. Perfect base to explore the area. Ahmad was friendly and made us feel completely at home. We could always reach out to him with questions. The apartment is modern, spacious and clean and has high speed internet and good wifi coverage. In short: we have enjoyed and will definitely be back! Thank you Ahmad!

The link via maps was not accurate with me, I had to call Moha to get clear instructions. The hill you have to drive up is a spicy ride, are busy restoring the track. Once at the house, we were warmly welcomed by the ladies. Since we were the first customers, we were allowed to choose our apartment ourselves. Rachid immediately gave us a bag of tea and cookies, together with the necessary explanations of the area and a tour of the house. On the rooftop terrace you have a sublime view of Chefchaouen. The apartment is like the photo, equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed the dinner on site, a nice tagine. The next morning breakfast was served on the roof terrace. Rachid and the ladies were always ready for any questions or desires you have. Despite the spicy slope, I could go back to the blue house in no time.

Our stay at Asmae's was just perfect. Her house is impeccable, with impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail when it comes to the needs of her guests, with lots of little touches. We didn't need anything. The stunning view of the Mediterranean is a real asset, not to mention the walking distance. The house, its amenities, location and the quiet on the 3rd floor are well worth the price. PS: At Asmae's, forget about the mosquito and humidity worries you may face in beach houses. She thought of everything! In short, we will come back without hesitation! Thanks Asmae Amine & Inès

We are very satisfied with our trip. We know Martil very well and this place is the best place right on the beach. The terrace really has an exceptional view. It is really a very pleasant place to spend a good time with family. This February we were provided with a heater, we didn't even need to use it. Reda who takes care of everything if necessary is very welcoming and reachable. We recommend it. 👌

The apartment matches the description It is very well located ( not far from the city and the beach on foot )👍🏼. It is made available in a state of impeccable cleanliness!!! However, a few things were missing like a fan, some dishes, dish towels, and towels. We had a lovely stay.

We had a pleasant holiday at this villa that offers all the services and meets all the needs that a large family can have. Even before we arrived, Azmi answered all my questions about the services of the villa, its location and informed me about the city of M 'diq. He is very responsive, attentive to his guests and really cares about their comfort. As for the villa, it exactly matches the photos. Spacious, well equipped, decorated with care, in a quiet and secure area, in a quiet and secure area, and 10 minutes from the beach on foot, we didn't feel cramped at all despite our number (there were 8 of us). very neat apartment close to the beach. we had a nice stay and would love to come back again. the communication with the host was good and always accessible if there was anything. the apartment was a 2-minute walk from the beach and various restaurants and cafes. It was nice and quiet and the complex is secured. the apartment was clean and equipped with what you need. I definitely recommend it.

The apartment was impeccable, everything clean and with everything you need to spend a family vacation. Ahmed was attentive all the time, he attended to all our requests and always with a good predisposition. The apartment is very cool, always runs breeze and has a good location in front of the pool. It felt like you were debuting the apartment, everything was new. The only thing that could improve is the wifi connection, which was very slow, and that there are no rest times in the pool area. Thank you so much for everything Ahmed! We'll definitely do it again. Super recommended. It's not easy to find places like this and with hosts like that.

I stayed at Driss' house with my family and it was really perfect. The appartment is located inside a complex that has security guard in the entrance. Very clean, green and has two swimming pools! Driss is an extremely nice person who was very responsive and helpful for us. His place is spotless clean, comfortable equipped with all the necessary amenities and equipments. He provided clean sheets and pillows. The Appartment has an outstanding View on the garden and pool. There is also a smart TV for a cozy moment with family. I highly recommend Driss ' place for a stay in Martil or the neighbouring towns.
