The enclosed and fenced garden overlooking the mountains and lush green meadows promises relaxation for the whole family. The furnishings are classically modern. There are several parking spaces at the property. In summer, it is possible to barbecue on the terrace.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.

Beautiful quiet basement apartment (approx. 38 m²) in a rural area (1.5 km to Bad Tölz). Hiking, mountain biking or skiing, all nearby. The nearest supermarket is in Bad Tölz (about 1.5 km). From Bad Tölz, a train runs hourly to Munich Central Station.
