During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.

Only for 1 or 2 persons (included children) 30 qm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

The apartment is climate-neutral and has been furnished with a lot of love and high-quality furniture in a rural style and is located on a farm. The hot tub with mountain views, as well as the sun terrace invite you to relax. The hot tub can be used all year round, communal with our second apartment.

From the first message until farewell meet before we leave the place, communication with Katrin, was excellent. She gave to us very detailed description about places to be seen, public transportation, local restaurants and bars, shops etc. Appartment is more beautifull than on the pictures and equiped with everything, in the house with a garden full of flowers. It is close to motorways which leads you to Munich, actualy to all places that you want to see in Bavaria. Katrin is an A host, very proactive, joyfull and ready to help you at anytime. If you want to go to see this part of Germany, want to go to hiking/walking, cycling, playing golf or just visiting Bavarian castles and lakes, this appartment is on a top position. Every recommendation for Katrin and her place. I would definitly choose this place again.

We were very pleased with the place and the hosts. The apartment was exactly as described and invites you to stay! It is not only very bright and beautifully equipped, the balcony is also a highlight and offers a great view. The location is very quiet and a very good bakery is in the immediate vicinity. From the apartment, you can quickly reach Lake Tegernsee and surrounding places. If you are traveling by car, you have all the possibilities! In summary, we would recommend this place to others. We had a great stay there!☺️

My two friends from Canada had a wonderful time at Konstanze's. The apartment was much nicer than shown in the photos! Very great kitchen with all the equipment and also the rest of the apartment just nice! As a small feedback on check-in, it would be good if the last name to ring the bell beforehand, then check-in can be a little easier. But otherwise everything was great! :)
