Everything is fine, the house is just as shown in the photos, they were always in contact and recommended places, we were super comfortable, everything was impeccable. The place is a little hidden, but excellent 👌

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed Xcalak! Great place with everything we needed. Close to the water and within walking distance of a good restaurant.

I loved it, I was looking for a place like this, away from traffic, listening to nature, being able to rest, I was looking for peace and in this villa of Katy we found it.

Excellent place, very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. You need to have a car to get around, since it is far from places to eat. We only had the inconvenience that the beach club they recommended because it was close to the accommodation was closed for an event, so it is advisable to have a means of transportation in case of any inconvenience. Other than that, the place is beautiful, just as shown in the photos, and the people there are always very attentive and helpful. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Sally’s place. The property is beautiful, the house has so many decorative details and the best part for us was the bridge into the water and swimming in crystal clear water. We weren’t missing anything at all, can recommend to everyone!!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. For a group of 8 we had more than enough restrooms and bathrooms. It’s a very private location and have to remember your in the jungle so there will be critters which is normal. Host had great communication.

The stay went very well. The house is beautiful and the location is idyllic. Hosts are extraordinary and very responsive. The offered massage service was also excellent. We highly recommend staying at Casa Tita!

let me tell you we felt like movie stars in this place. the house was beyond beautiful , it was 8 of we split up into two and each couple had there own space with their own bathrooms & there was still a lot of space unused ,it was private ,secure ,with beautiful lagoon in the back yard beyond our expectations. Bartolo the house manager was extremely helpful, kind and received us with a smile he was there for whatever we needed , then there is Mirna she is in charge of cleaning the house she kept the house clean everyday and always showed up with a smile she was extremely helpful ,having a clean space everyday made the house enjoyable even more than it already was . They got us in contact with a private chef and his crew they were amazing food was great and worth the price . We accidentally left a wallet behind and between Bartolo Diego and Pedro they got it back to me Al the way to Tulum with everything in it can’t be more thankful for the best experience of our life .

Super clean and with spectacular views. I would only recommend a community kitchen area in case you want to prepare your own food. Everything else was excellent!!

Everything was impeccable. The apartment is very nice, just like the photos. But it's not close to the lagoon at all. And to get to the apartment it's not easy to find your way, because there are no signs.

Aqua Viva is a special find in the Bacalar jungle. It''s very close to the lake and a short drive away from downtown. This is the second time I stay here and I'm always amazed of what you get from what you pay.

Great place, clean, beautiful atmosphere, loved all the people staying in the other units. Very family oriented and peaceful.

We were delighted with our stay at Katy's cozy retreat in the middle of nature. From the moment we arrived, we felt immersed in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. The place was charming, decorated in good detail and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Katy was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

We loved the place!!! The place is really nice, very clean and with everything you need for your stay. The rooms are very cozy and the beds are super comfortable. As for the super spacious living room and kitchen; and on the terrace, they have an outdoor dining room that fascinated us for breakfast in the mornings. The pool is a few steps away and we definitely have to highlight Katy's attention, who was always super attentive, she is a super host. We'll definitely be back again.

The house is beautiful as well as the pool zone and neighborhood. The only thing cam improve is check in and check out times. They dont let you in until 4pm, and ask you to check out before 10 am
