An excellent place to stay if you come to an event at the Chetumal Convention Center. Friendly service and good communication.

R&R has nice comfy rooms with ensuites just a few minutes out of the centre of Chetumal. With a central kitchen, it allows you to eat in if you want. Martin greeted me with a fresh mango and was really helpful on where to go around town and the surrounding areas. Definitely recommended!

I loved my stay! The hosts were very nice, friendly and always attentive. The space was very clean. I really recommend this accommodation in front of the university and very well served by Chetumal taxis.

I arrived really well in the family environment and enjoyed staying so close to the center but still a little quiet. I felt very comfortable and liked my hosts very much.

The beds were comfortable and it was nice having AC. Breakfast was good, pizza was GREAT!

We have been traveling Mexico for 3 1/2 weeks and the 3 nights at Taj Mahahual was definitely the highlight! From beginning to the end, everything was absolutely perfect and I can’t imagine a single thing that could have been better. Communication before arrival with Cindy was super smooth, she provided so much helpful information. When arriving the caretakers welcomed us extremely nicely, they took care of us all the time and where there if we needed something. The house itself is just amazing. While being in a remote location with a lonely beach it still offers all the amenities you need and the best is that you can see and feel the love to the details the owners put into this house. We felt like being home all the time. To summarize I can highly this place and would like to thank Cindy, Gabe and the caretakers for these wonderful days. Hope to be back one time.

Beautiful house with family connection. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. No problem even with little Spanish knowledge. Great pancakes, thank you! Bike was also borrowed. It's just not much to do in Calceritas but good lake food places.

Tortugas was a great place to stay! We only spent one night there but it was peaceful and beautiful.

The room has everything you need to rest. It has a balcony where you can enjoy a nice view towards the university and the fresh breeze that comes from the sea. It does not have parking. We left the car in front of the house and there was no problem. Breakfast includes fruit, coffee, tea, cereal, milk, bread, jam. Simple, but I think it's enough. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. We had great time, especially since they're pet-friendly. Definitely coming back.

Excellent. Easy to get to from ADO and walk to town. Felt safe as a solo female traveler. Rachel is lovely and goes out of her way to help every guest. Will return!

The rooms and the entire hotel are as described in the pictures. Raquel was an excellent host! Due to a breakdown, our arrival time was postponed to 1 AM - Raquel still allowed us to check in. Breakfast was simple but very good. Thank you again!

Very quiet stay. With lots of nice greenery. . Quiet and quiet when sleeping. Ever some neighbor with loud music a deshoras. They never took out the trash in 7 days a week. When the toilet paper was running out you had to request it. But sometimes they didn't take it to the room. Location very close to the plaza, the market. The transfer between yaxche centro and lagoon is very convenient. The kitchen is shared. In the bag of what I still put as my things I lacked two mangoes. They just said you did it that way.
