It's one of three lodgings on the property. The land is family-owned without any boundaries or divisions, in the style of an annex or guest house. But the entrance to the parking lot and the apartment are independent.

Great location: Airport and Maya Train 5 minutes by car; you can walk to the ADO terminal and Plaza de las Américas, where safe and cheap taxis leave for Bacalar. There is a park nearby and many fast food places, typical food and more options.

Beautiful location on the lagoon, serene and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A few minutes' drive from downtown Bacalar. The space on the lagoon is peaceful and private from other properties. There are two other units on the property, with whom access to the lagoon is shared. In the lagoon area there is a dock and two terraces, offering enough space for our guests.
