Just beautiful, timeless, quiet. Do not hesitate to go there. The hosts are very pleasant, responsive, attentive.

This was our second time staying here and we absolutely love it! The place offers 2 floors of incredible ocean views with beach access 10 steps away. It's located on the boardwalk with plenty of food options morning and night. The apartment is clean and looks exactly as pictured. The hosts/caretaker were easy to communicate with and very friendly. Don't hesitate to book this place!

Martin and his wife are very friendly. The dogs in the house are a worship. The beach is a wonder there are fish on the shore you can swim and enjoy the wonderful sand the kayak are very much enjoyed. We highly recommend visiting the house.

Everything was amazing about the place and the host, no complaints. Go for it! Just regarding the reception we were dissatisfied, they offered us to go boating on the lake, we accepted, the appointment was at 12:30 p.m. we waited until 12:45 p.m. still nothing, we went to the reception, we waited to finally tell us that there will be no boat, no reason, outing canceled and day ruined. On the accommodation, however, no complaints.

The place was very clean with several amenities that made our stay easier. Nicole is very proactive and responds very quickly to our questions. The site is very enchanting, well maintained and quiet. The pool was very much appreciated and even though there are 6 condos on the site, we were practically always alone. We enjoyed the moments where we were able to go for apnea as there is a beautiful diversity of aquatic wildlife. Unfortunately we couldn't do much of it as it was windy during our stay. Even though there are several cruise ships in Mahahual, it was not disturbing, they are scattering around the area. Despite this we had a great trip, the Mexicans smiling, courteous.

This house is exactly as advertised. A quiet house right on the beach. Kind of like camping. We were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable we were without air conditioning. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions.

It was a great stay, I saw the most beautiful sunrise I’ve ever seen in my life.

The house is in a very great location. You have your own private lagoon area. Shops and restaurants are 10-15 minutes away. The fact that kayaks are available is a plus. Ms. Claudia is a great host, met us at the property and showed us the ins and outs. I would definitely recommend this house for your next stay at Bacalar.

One of the places that best met my expectations. If you want to look good to your colleagues or to yourself, this is a great place. I highly recommend it
