This place is amazing, it has everything you need like literally, she had 6 towels , drinks and coffee. Everything was clean and organized. Rooftop pool too. The host was amazing and nice, i forgot my sunglasses when i checked out and she managed to find someone to drop them off at the airport. The place is huge too

The photos fail to describe how wonderful the place is. The view from the terrace is another level of beauty. We had a full moon and you can't imagine the view and the impressive sunrise. In the apartment everything is impeccable and tasteful. Thanks to Alejandra and Mr. Urs for their attention at all times. It was like being at home, but on the beach shore. Thank you

Fantastic stay! The grounds are beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Walkable to resturants, groceries and bars. The space was clean and clutter free. I would recommend staying in this cute unit!

The accommodation is perfectly designed to rest. It has a patio with a beautiful mamey tree. Rafaela was very accessible and kind the whole time. Beautiful and safe area

Everything was perfect. The room is great and inspire the terrace is not facing the shore you can se on the side the sea and the cruise ship port. Really nice stay on the nice side of the Malecón.

Excellent location, in the corner there is an oxxo, the area is safe. The accommodation has 3 rooms, the first room has 1 double bed and 2 singles, in the 2nd room it has 1 double and in the third room equal to a single double bed, each with its own climate. The kitchen has the essentials for cooking, everything working well, the only detail I saw is that the cup tank takes too long to fill up. I highly recommend it.

Very clean and nice place, I couldn’t pick up a car at the airport when I landed so I walked to this place and it was very easy to get there. Moises was super proactive and made the check in super easy for me since my flight was delayed and I was tired. I recommend this place a lot!

Nice place, very comfortable stay

The accommodation is pleasant, spacious and safe, Juan Carlos and his mother were very kind, they allowed us to enter before time since we were very tired of the flight, they gave us several recommendations, nearby there are several places to eat at any time, commercial squares in case it takes something and to go to the malecón in 10 minutes by car, to leave for Bacalar and Belize, it is very quick from that point.

I would go back again. A small but well-furnished house, with everything you might need, even for longer stays, because it is safe, clean, equipped, nice and comfortable. I was left with the impression that Sergio strives to offer good accommodation and to be attentive to his guests. The location was good for us. Recommended!

We stayed for 3 nights at Natalie’s place, it was fantastic! Great location, close to water, very safe area. The pool was very nice. House was very well equipped, and felt like home. Natalie was very responsive to all our questions. Highly recommend !

The accommodation is perfect, it has two rooms with its full bathroom each, it has a main kitchen that is next to the living room and dining room, although it also has another smaller kitchenette in the second room, that was very useful since we were two separate couples and each one was able to make their meals without interrupting the preparation of the other. There is a pool in the facilities that is very nice and always clean. The apartment is modern, the towels and the covers are very clean. Another plus is that it has parking inside the premises and the entrances have a fence, which makes it feel more safe and comfortable. The center of Bacalar, is about 5-7 minutes walking, so it is very close. A thank you to Eli, who was always attentive to our stay, was always very kind and with a great disposition.

The stay was quite pleasant. Brenda and Leonel were super friendly and always attentive. Plus, they always answered super fast. The place is as described and is much better in person. The services are as advertised. The location is excellent and accessible to everything. I'm definitely going back.

The place was exact as we imagined, the unpaved entrance road, but it's normal for a private place and by the lagoon. Verónica received us super friendly, we checked in very late at night and she was attentive and explained everything in detail. The place is very clean, the towels super clean, the beds too. As a note: They need an oversize or bedspread on top of the bed sheet, but other than that, everything is fine. It's a rustic place and I really liked that I didn't have a TV to appreciate the beauty of the area. I work remotely and the wifi worked perfect at all times. Victor (the host) is super helpful at all times and with a very quick response to any questions. Recommended if you go as a couple without children and you are looking for something very simple as you think you are out exploring the area.
