A wonderful piece of earth!!! We spent our summer vacation here for the third time and we are in love with this place. Beautiful nature, the sea right outside the front door. You can cycle and paddle by boat. Luisa and Zbigniew are the most loving hosts you can imagine. Hospitable, helpful and we feel right at home here. We're excited to be back next year! For any person of peace and nature like an absolute place of longing!

On our way through, we chose this little cottage and spent 1 night there. Right on the lake, very idyllic location.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Marcela's cottage. Everything was as described. There is no shower, yes outside, but it was too cold for that. But that might be the only disadvantage. [It was no surprise, by the way] What I liked about the cottage was the atmosphere. Cozy furniture and things, everything in the kitchen, including the basic materials to cook and that is always very nice. If we had any questions, I always got an answer right away. In short, recommended.

We had a wonderful time!

We had a good overnight stay at Ulf's place. The accommodation was very nice in the basement floor of his house, with a large garden and a view of the sea. Walking distance to the harbor. Above all, the patio was spacious and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Ulf was easy to communicate with and had prepared nicely.

This place is superb. Our August week was our second stay and, if anything, it was even better than 5 years ago. The overall feel is as stunning and peaceful as ever with magnificent views from the deck across the water with the light constantly changing in the narrow sea-channel. In a heatwave, the new awning was a great addition. As a party of 8 adults, with four of us in our 50s and 60s and four aged 16 – 21, the accommodation across both houses was spacious and comfortable. There is a great deal to do if you’re active. The property’s swimming jetty, two kayaks, 4-seater canoe and sizeable rowing boat were in constant use – plus our own paddleboard which travelled as luggage without extra cost. We also enjoyed the table tennis table, outdoor weights bench and the sauna as well as hiring a tennis court in town. As before, Ylva is a great host and communicator. Our thanks to her for very kindly leaving us a supply of drinks with fresh flowers and herbs to cut from the garden. 5 years ago we enjoyed visiting Gamla Uppsala. This time we drove into Stockholm (parking on the outskirts at Morby Centrum and catching the underground into the city) and went to the Vasa museum. Closer to home, we loved the tiny beach and nature reserve at Kvarnsand 6km from the house which was a good bike ride/run with a swim at each end. I appreciated Ulf’s generous offer to come and set the sails for me on the sailing dinghy (or is it yacht, it has a keel) even though I never quite summoned the courage to accept. Next time, I resolve my sailing will be good enough to say yes.

Great view and very peaceful! A swim from the jetty is a must no matter the season! Spacious sauna and double shower! The place was bigger than I expected! Katrin responded quickly. A great place to stay!

Nice and secluded place with walking distance to the water. There was everything you need. As long as you know how to use the toilet, that's great! We have had an amazing stay. Would highly recommend!

We were looking to enjoy archipelago life and summer oven. The place met our expectations and the pulse went down as soon as we arrived! Awakened directly old archipelago memories and we fell in love with the place. Our seven year old daughter has been “cured” from the screen entertainment since we were there, which says something about the potential of the place for activity. Being able to pick blueberries for breakfast porridge, take a refreshing (it's the sea...) morning swim , a bike ride to Grisslehamn on quiet roads, paddle SUP on mirrored sea or cliff bath and a few throws of fishing rod quickly fill the days. Even when the rain was pouring down, it was cozy to enjoy. The house has the older charm that we wanted, but still feels harmonious and fresh. The bathroom is a little worn but fills its purpose. Sitting on the stairs and hearing the birds and the noise of the sea creates a calm right away. We can't wait to go!

Great location with stunning views into nature. We stayed here with a family group of 5 adults and two children. We greatly enjoyed our time here, loved swimming, the sauna with amazing views, taking the row boat around the islands and going fishing. The house was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed. It looks just as shown on the pictures. The common areas we shared with two other families that lived in the other house behind the beach house. There are two grocery shops close by - about a 3 minute drive to Grisselhamn and about an 8 minute drive to Singö. Helena and her family are excellent hosts. Communication was easy and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would love to come back.

Incredibly nice house. Incredibly beautiful place. Sauna and bathed every day. Communication with Ylva went very smoothly. Have never met such a nice host before :) can highly recommend this home. We were three couples with separate children between 1-3 years. Sleep comfortably in each bedroom and a family could have another smaller bedroom as extra bed. More families with children than I would not recommend in the house, depending on one's tolerance level of course :) big open kitchen and living room where we could cook a lot and the kids could play freely.

We had a a great time on the privat island. The beds were comfortable, the towels clean and the kitchen had all equipment that we needed. Enjoy the sauna and then jump into the beautiful water! All around the houses were places were you could relax. We felt like in paradise. It was peaceful und the view amazing. Thank you very much, Denize

Incredibly nice home that must be experienced on site. There is everything for both small and large to activate and it shows that everything is thought out and made for gathering. Helena with family is gold worth and very helpful. Thank you for a great week and hope to come back. Warmest recommendations!
