No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower and fresh outdoor toilet.

In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Lillsjön is a 120 sqm house with three bedrooms, large living room with fireplace, open kitchen and large dining area with space for 10 around the table. The house has two furnished guest houses in the courtyard with sleeping places, a large porch overlooking a lake, a horse pasture and with sun throughout the day and evening. Large enclosed plot with good parking facilities, great space for children to play.

Pool in summer, a hot Jacuzzi in winter, a home gym, we have three happy little dogs that walk freely on the property. The location is perfect, as it is in the middle of everything, but still out in the Swedish countryside, cozy even in winter, then you can ski on the field outside. Close to Öregrund, Östhammar, Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda. It takes less than an hour to get to this place. Electricity and water included

To the south is the Stockholm archipelago and to the north is the open sea. 1.5 hours from Arlanda. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5-minute walk to the bus station and ferry to Gräsö.
