It’s just the most perfect place in the word. Beautiful, quiet, private, with good taste. A place where you cook with sunglasses, watch the eagles at sundown, enjoy the sauna after a cold swim in the sea or watch TV during a stormy afternoon. Happy.

This is Therese's family home. So this one is well equipped. In the new kitchen, everything is at hand. The fridge and deep freeze make groceries are handy. There's even a washing machine if you need it. There is a cool annex next to the kitchen with a long table. In the morning the sun comes in here, we always had breakfast here. You can park on the driveway. Therese was always very quick to respond to messages and questions. We stayed here with 2 adults and 2 teenage daughters. Ideal. The village is a short distance from Stockholm, you can of course see that on the map. So for a city trip this is not ideal. But the location is perfect to discover a beautiful piece of Swedish nature. We visited Stockholm, Uppsala is worth a visit. Also the countless lakes where you can swim, or e.g. rent a kayak. And of course, a visit to the moose park is almost indispensable :) Don't regret it for a moment. Not sure? Just do it! 1 tip: mosquito spray for the walks

Cozy cottage in older living room with peaceful and cozy surroundings. Perfect house for rent if you are more people and for those who have a dog. There were lots of walking paths around the cabin, board games, kubb and other games to borrow. Pia was incredibly lovely as a host, easy going and flexible! 🌟

We had a great, cosy stay at Stig’s house. Stunning views, privacy, amazing nature. The house was very well equipped. We hope to come back :)

Ralf organized our stay with only few ours of notice. We rented another cabin which did not match the description and had to leave immediately. Ralf welcomed us kindly despite his own hurries. The cabin was clean, had necessary equipment for cooking etc. and we enjoyed oyr stay. There was some ongoing renovations, but that didn't bother us. We even had a few visits from local roe deer with her three calfs.. We are very likely renting again from Ralf when we come to Hallstavik area next time.

Incredibly nice home that must be experienced on site. There is everything for both small and large to activate and it shows that everything is thought out and made for gathering. Helena with family is gold worth and very helpful. Thank you for a great week and hope to come back. Warmest recommendations!

I highly recommend this home! Great little cottage with lovely pool area with walking distance down to the harbor and all the restaurants. Roger is an absolutely amazing host and we felt so welcome!

We didn’t want to leave. (-; We had such a great time. Especially the terras was so beautiful and comfortable. Swimming, blueberry picking, sauna, lunch on the terras, bbq. A Swedish summer dream. The communication with Andreas was also great. We would absolutely recommend this place.

Martin was a wonderful host -- very responsive to our questions and extremely helpful. The house is beautiful and very well located -- the perfect spot to spend relaxing days in the countryside, very close to the water.

Poppis Torp is an amazing place to get to. Far out in the countryside in a peaceful setting is this charming cottage. Me, my husband and four kids loved staying in this environment. The cottage is carefully renovated filled with beautiful, old furniture and interior details. A stunning rural and charming garden filled with fruit trees and berry bushes. Only about 5 minutes to a small cozy swimming lake where it was perfect to swim from the jetty. 25 minutes into Uppsala and the city pulse. We enjoyed this lovely holiday!

We enjoyed our stay at Mathilda's place, well located sourounded by nature and close to the sea which makes it a perfect place for a peaceful weekend away from the city! The place was clean, welle eauipped and the fireplace makes you feel home. I highly recommend to stay at Mathilda's place.

We spent the second year a week at Kristina's nice place. Quiet and beautiful environment, there is everything you need. Super nice location with proximity to cliffs (magical sunsets!), walking distance to Öregrund center and nice running tracks. Kristina is really nice and check in/out was so smooth! We would love to come back!
