Bullerbyns boende cottage number 1 Welcome to a lovely two-story house on the outskirts of Grisslehamn. This is a prime and beautiful location in northern Roslagen. The house has been completely renovated yet it keeps its historical charm. The plot is shared with the owner, but there's plenty of private space in front of the house. You'll have garden furnitures and a grill, perfect for lovely outdoor cooking. If you want to explore your surroundings there's plenty of attractions close by. There is a lot to spend the days off with. How about a day trip by bus or why not rent a bike for 100 SEK/day or 250 SEK/week and discover the cottage's surrounding area? If you want to relax after the excursion, the wood-fired sauna is available to book. The owners also offer the opportunity to book breakfast or barbecue packages for self-catering. Then sour herring sessions can also be arranged if there is interest. There is also a restaurant just 50 m from the cottage, Folk & Fä, where you can book both breakfast and dinner, subject to availability. The restaurant has full rights. For example: cafés, restaurants and grocery stores, museums, day cruises to Åland Island, or just a lovely hike in the scenic nature. In our lovely place on the outskirts of Grisslehamn, there are plenty of spaces: Five bedrooms with 10 beds (3 rooms with double beds and 2 rooms with 2 beds) as well as a crib and children's bed, kitchen, generous social spaces; beautiful dining room with lake view and sitting area, spacious living room with fireplace and TV, large furnished hall, three bathrooms, sauna, playroom, laundry room. The large garden (5000m2) has apple trees, play structure, trampoline, large lawns, berry patch and seating areas. More rooms can be rented in the house next door.

Lovely large property on beautiful Singö in Roslagen. Fits 1-2 families. You can reach Singö via the bridges either by your own car or by bus from Stockholm, which runs several times a day. The bus stop is within walking distance. The houses are located at the end of a small forest road. We have a large, completely separate plot with nice areas for play. Parking on the plot. Around it is the forest and meadows with horses and sheep. Close to both rock swimming and sandy beach with jetty.

The house rules are not for events and parties but to enjoy the nice Grisslehamn and the tranquility of the environment. You will be 30 years old and no smoking inside.
