To Östersund city center Stortorget 2 km. Bicycle and footpath to the city center at the property border. To the slalom slope on Frösöberget about 700 meters where there is also illuminated tracks. The local environment offers many nice training and excursion opportunities. 3 km to Ski Stadium Bus stop to the city center and airport, etc. 200 meters

Large and nice villa in a quiet area!

Large and spacious accommodation with many rooms and many beds. A perfect accommodation on your vacation with proximity to everything and at the same time space for barbecue and sun. There is also a trampoline in the courtyard for the smallest, and a hot tub for the adults with room for 6 people. The outdoor space lends itself perfectly in the evening. Parking outside the house as well as the possibility of free street parking outside. Bus stop, grocery store and pizzeria with 5 minutes walking distance. 100m to a large football field.

In Erikslund, you live close to nature and you have about 1 km to the shopping center, about 2 km to the city center. The house is located next to long exercise and ski tracks that connect to the ÖSK-Östersund ski stadium and Spikbodarna, among other things. If you want to walk to the ski stadium, it is about 1.4 km. There are three bedrooms with 180 cm, 140 cm, 140 cm beds. There is also the possibility to make the sofa in the living room into two 80 cm beds. In the basement, there is a 160 cm bed, as well as two beds that are 80 cm.

Nice two-storey house in Odensala - Östersund

The house that is close to Östersunds the city center that you on the bike you reach within 15 min. If you choose an evening at home in the house, you will be met by a quiet villa area. Here you can grill, play cube and listen to music. The entire group/family has plenty of room to hang out. Close to grocery stores/shopping, soccer fields, bathhouses and the main lake. Welcome to a house with large open living areas. Here you live within walking distance to both ski trails and cross-country trails, about 200 meters. Easy to get to the arena village where the ski stadium, Jämtkraft Arena and Östersund Arena are located, about 10 minutes by car. It is about 7 km to the city center from the house (12 minutes by car). Good bus connections are also close to the house (200 meters) and in Torvalla center (1 km). In the center of Torvalla, there is also the nearest grocery store Coop Torvalla.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A rural detached villa near forest and nature. Spacious house on two floors with sleeping accommodations for 8 people divided into 4 bedrooms. Two of the rooms have a double bed and the possibility to close the door. The other two are separated from the living room. Floor 1 has a bathroom with shower and separate shower in the laundry room. Floor 2 has its own toilet. Well-equipped kitchen with entrance to separate cold pantry. High chair and play corner.

In a quiet villa area is our house which is perfect for families with children. The house is located 5 km from the centre of Östersund, which is easily reached by bus or car. If you are going to visit Storsjöcupen, the bus goes all the way to the sports field in Odensala, no change needed. To Östersunds ski stadium, it takes 9 minutes by car. Nearby there are forest, horse roads and bike trails. Children can play in one of the nearby playgrounds, or in the plot where there are plenty of outdoor toys.

Idyllic villa close to Östersund city

Välkommen till vårt rymliga och mysiga hus, perfekt för familjer och vänner! Här finns ett stort kök med plats för 10 personer, ett vardagsrum med eldstad och 3 sovrum plus gästrum (totalt 8 bäddar). Två toaletter, dusch och badkar ger extra bekvämlighet. Ute finns en stor gård (2 ha), trädäck med inglasning och två grillar samt en lekplats. Bara 100 m till sjön med strand och 5 min med bil till centrum. En perfekt plats för avkoppling nära naturen!
