The townhouse was built in the early 1950s, but has been newly renovated. The accommodation is in a quiet area just a 5-minute walk from the ski stadium in Östersund. There are miles of ski trails for both exercisers and elite. Our guests come in the winter, among other things, for the World Cup in biathlon, hockey, Christmas market, Christmas, sports and Easter holidays. It is within walking distance to both the city center and ICA-Maxi. From the house, it is about an hour's travel time to the mountains in Åre, Bydalen and Trillevallen. There are daily trains to Åre/Trondheim and Stockholm.

Large townhouse of almost 150m2 located in a quiet area. 300 meters to shop, pizzeria and gym. Several playgrounds and soccer fields as well as a nice forest area are just a stone's throw away. In the house, there are four bedrooms, two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, access to a washing machine, two toilets (one with shower and one with bathtub), a glazed balcony and a south-facing porch. In summer, there are fresh herbs, black and red currants and sometimes cherries to pick in the small garden.
