Villa vacation rentals in Östersund

Vi bodde en vecka i Stefans hus. Det var rent, bekvämt och allt man behövde fanns i huset. Mycket fin utsikt från kök och vardagsrum. Vi såg tre älgar en morgon nedanför huset. Vindskyddet med eldplats var uppskattat av barnen. Sängarna var sköna. Skid -och pulkabacke inom kort bilavstånd. Vi besökte Jamtli, vinterparken och pimplade på Storsjön. Kan verkligen rekommendera Stefans hus. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Wir waren eine Woche in der tollen Wohnung. Wir waren zu 100% zufrieden. Sehr sauber, gute Betten, schöner Garten , tolles Badezimmer,moderne Küche mit allem was man braucht. Patrick ist ein sehr freundlicher Mensch. Vielen Dank

Very nice place , calm and with lots of space. Very close to the lake and a short ride to the city and main places to discover in the region. Very confortable and pretty.

Fantastiskt fint sekelskifteshus med vacker omgivning och utsikt. Skönt med ett så rymligt hus. Som familj kunde vi verkligen njuta av att utnyttja de stora ytorna som huset erbjuder, och vi sov så gott i dom riktigt sköna sängarna. Dessutom fanns oxå spjälsäng till våran minsta. Läget känns privat och fridfullt men ändå nån minuts gångväg till mataffär. Även gångavstånd till fin strand. Stora gräsytor för massor av barnspring och enorm balkong med otrolig utsikt. Medgörlig och trevligt bemötande av värden Jan-Åke. Snabb respons och lätt att kommunicera. Vi rekommenderar verkligen detta speciella boende som har det där extra som man vill ha!!!!

We chose Marlene's place as a destination for winter holidays and it was the best decision we could make. The house was even more beautiful and accommodating than described in the listing, we felt at home right away. The living room was perfect for cozy evenings, the kitchen had all kinds of amenities we could ever imagine, all rooms were clean and prepared for our stay. The surrounding area offers many winter activities, we especially enjoyed cross-country and downhill skiing. Marlene was very helpful and easy to reach. We recommend this stay to anyone looking for a private house surrounded by nature, yet in close proximity to the city. We loved every minute of it and would definitely go back.

Väldigt mysigt hus med stor social yta. Passade oss med två barn perfekt. Skönt med separat tv-rum på loftet. Härligt välutrustat kök. Vi spenderade dagarna i Åre eller Trillevallen och då ligger huset perfekt.

Our recent family stay at Marie's and Gösta's house over the winter holidays was absolutely great. The house itself, the facilities, surrounding area and nature were all we could hope for and more. It allowed us to really disconnect from work, enjoy family time, and come back refreshed. We could have moved right in and stayed much longer, it was perfect. We can only highly recommend the house and our hosts, it was truly one of the best stay's we had in many years. Thank you once again.

Jättefint boende med trevlig, vänlig värd. Det fanns lakan och handdukar, vilket var skönt att inte behöva ta mig sig när vi reste med tåg. Mysigt boende som var fräscht. Jättefina omgivningar med vacker utsikt över älven. Kan varmt rekommendera stället.

Few places can accommodate two families of five people each. This house has great spots for sleeping for all of us, and the kids were very happy about their own space downstairs. The dining table easily sits ten as well.

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold i huset til Cecilia i Hara. Utrolig flott beliggenhet med utsikt over vannet. Store og fine oppholdsrom og fine ute arealer. Hjemmet egner seg kanskje litt bedre til en barnefamilie, vi var 8 voksne, og det var litt vanskelig å finne gode sengeplasser til alle da det var flere køyesenger og noen måtte ligge i gjennomgangsrom. Men alle fikk en seng, og alt i alt hadde vi et veldig fint opphold. Cecilia svarer raskt og er både hyggelig og hjelpsom 😊 Anbefales!

Firstly, our host was excellent! Very responsive and she gave us loads of fantastic recommendations for places to eat, swim, walk, and more. Secondly, the house itself is stunning and very well equipped. The images are lovely, but they do not do the property justice. The attention to detail on the decor was incredible. It felt so cosy and homely, while being beautifully styled in every single room. Little details like the lighting in each space made the house so cosy at night. We didn't want to leave! FYI - They are building a Sauna. The location is also fantastic, with a view over the river and woodlands. During our stay, we saw Roe deer and what we believe was a Golden Eagle soaring over the river. For us it was perfect for our ski trip, as it was close enough to town to drive, whilst feeling secluded and surrounded by nature at the same time. If you are considering multiple accommodation options in the area, stay here! You won't be disappointed.

Huset er moderne, åpent, lyst og rent med masse fasiliteter. Det var ypperlig for både voksne, store og små barn. Lekerommet inne slo an hos den minste, og uteområdet hadde fasiliteter for både barn, ungdom og voksne. Perfekt beliggenhet, landlig, men bare 15 min inn til byen. Skogen lå som et bakteppe bak huset, mens fronten var åpen og ga god utsikt mot sjøen og solnedgangen. Kommunikasjonen med verten var upåklagelig med raske svar.
