Vacation rentals with lake access in Östersund

Great place. Well located but best to have a vehicle. Very helpful and accommodating hosts.

Had a nice stay here this Easter with our family, big nice rooms and beds, plenty of room for 4 couples + children.

This is a lovely house located in a quiet and safe living environment. Large garden with football goal and trampoline makes the house well suited for families with children. The house has many bedrooms with several beds and a fantastic conservatory that makes you "outside" even if the outdoor temperature is low. Easy to park in driveway or in the street. The whole house is tidy and clean and cleanliness is easy to carry out using laundry detergents and equipment that are readily available The communication with the landlord has been nice and the key exchange was easy. We are very happy and would like to rent from Johanna later, should we need to.

The host is kind and can also charge the trolley after the negotiation, there is a large lake in front of it, and the surrounding area is beautiful,

The house is centrally located, within walking distance of shops and restaurants and with the bus stop of the ski bus almost at the door. We stayed with four people and had friends as guests who also stayed one night sleeping. Total of 8 people. The living room offers every possibility to eat together. The barbecue on the terrace, the cozy fireplace and the spacious sauna made the stay extra pleasant. Mattias and Anna had already provided various things such as wood and charcoal. Very nice! They responded quickly to questions. In short, recommended for a nice stay in cozy Åre!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jonas's place! The wonderful view, tranquility, sauna, equipped with sofas and hammocks leave you no choice but to relax. Just perfect to relax for a few days. The accessibility by bus was also good for us. We will be happy to come back!

We had the best time at Ronny’s place. The house is amazing and the views are breathtaking. I definitely recommend staying at this house if you visit Åre. It’s super easy to get to the ski slopes and back, and there is a little supermarket 2 minutes walk from the house. Ronny was super kind and communicative. All in all, we had a wonderful time! The cherry on top is that we got to see the northern lights directly from the balcony 😍 couldn’t have asked for a better stay! 100% recommend.

We had some lovely days in Åre. The apartment of Jonas and Julia is a nice and modern apartment located a little on the outskirts, however, close to the piste and still in good walking distance to Åre square. And if you don't want to walk, it's so easy to get a taxi. /Mariken

Great comfortable flat, well equipped with everything we needed. Rasmus is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Everything was just as described, easy to find and access. As I am not a fan of strong scents, we didn't care much for the strong scent of the diffuser in the bath (we placed it temporarily on the balcony and vented the place, so not a big deal). Very practical with the garage and bike-in bike-out location for VM8. Also enjoyed the well equipped kitchen.

Simple living, sparkling clean! Really nice and welcoming host who even surprised with coffee bread on the kitchen table when we arrived :)

We were a week and a half in Lofsdalen in Fredrik's cabin. Great and clean. Everything we needed was there. Good wifi and many channels on TV. Fun for the kids with cycling, hiking and big playland in Lofsdalen.

Cozy cottage, everything is of course older but so affordable and relaxed. Nice to leave the "stockholomressen" in Åre and go out to the cabin after skiing! 🫶

Great stay in a beautiful furnished cabin.

We had an amazing Easter holiday break in Marinca's cottage. They welcomed us in the home warmly, suggested local touristic activities. The house is simply beautiful kitchenware was quite complete for anything. There were too much snow at this time of the year, so hottub and sauna were so much fun! They work with wood fire; costing more effort to run but quite enjoying as it gives the old style feeling!

Fantastic cozy and nice cabin. Nicely decorated. Nice nature around. It was magically quiet on New Year's Eve without lots of fireworks. Amazing northern lights on New Year's Day. The host lives on the property where the cottage is located but never felt like we disturbed each other. The host is very helpful and nice to communicate with. Feel free to rent there again.

We stayed here for four nights over the sports holiday as a family with three children and dog and had a great time! The house is beautifully located overlooking a lake in a quiet and private location, perfect for relaxing and dog walking. The place was homely, well equipped, tidy and practical. We especially appreciated the wood-fired sauna on the farm! Carola was nice and helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Perfect as a base for skiing in Vemdalen even if it's a bit of a drive. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this home!

Niclas was a great and helpful host. He always responded quickly and made sure we had a nice stay. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly and everything was prepared when we arrived. The house had everything you need and nature with forest and lakes around was great with access to hiking trails and fishing.

The cottage is modern with many good things in a small area. It is within walking distance to the slopes, hotels and Skistars bus stop. We enjoyed our stay in Klövsjö very much.
