Cozy cottage just outside Höör where you get full access of the whole place and where there is hot tub outdoor, fireplace, outdoor fireplace, large wooden deck and a spacious garden with a forest just behind. The place is in a small cabin village close to Kvesarum Lake. Around the cottages you are surrounded by the forest and with a 10 minute walk through the forest you can come down to a lake with barbecue and swimming area. NOTE: this is not a place to have a party or play music outdoors as it is in a cottage village.

On the other floors of the house there is an office and a young couple with a friendly greyhoundhane. Access to 9 kW charging box for electric car.

Large and spacious kitchen and laundry room with washing machine. A 5 minute walk will take you to the beach where you will enjoy a fantastic view of the hills of Hammars and Ystad. It was great! Beautifuly renovated farm house, calming garden and colours around the house. Johannes was very friendly, responsive and helpful. For noise sensitivive people: Inside the house noises can be heared very easily. The absolute highlight were the sunsets. In the summer evenings the sunsets can be seen from the backyard and one room.

We spent a couple of days over the New Year in Maria and Fredrik's beautiful and stylish place. The house is super cozy - the quintessential Swedish countryside place. Despite the wintery weather, the house was nice and warm inside and the surroundings looked good, even in winter rain and storms. It is definitely a place I would love to explore again in the warmer months.

A beautifully renovated house in the middle of the countryside of Sweden. Unfortunately, because we were out and about a lot, we did not use the sauna, but that all looked neat and tidy. Although the house may not look very large, it feels spacious. An efficient layout of the lower floor. Due to a translation error, we had not understood that you had to bring your own bedding. So please keep that in mind when you go to this house. All in all had a nice stay in Sweden and will definitely remember it if I go back again.

Wonderful house in my Simrishamn

We loved our time at Sadie's beautiful space! Even though we were a large, mixed group, the house felt spacious yet cosy and luxurious with plenty of room to cook, eat, and do both group and separate activities. The separate work space was also great as members of our group that had to work had privacy without impacting the others. Malin and Magnus were fantastic, responsive hosts. We appreciated how thoughtful they were reaching out proactively to see if we needed anything specific for the babies in our group. Simrishamn itself seems to be a very cute small town, and it was nice to be walking distance from shops, restaurants and cafes (although we were there over the NYE period so many places were closed). Overall, we would absolutely recommend Malin's house, and hope to be back again in the future.

Perfect get away from city life. Felt like your own country home, very cozy, quiet and intimate. The house has everything that is needed including a lovely garden. On top of everything sauna was great! Mattias is a great host and replied to all our questions promptly and kindly. Highly recommended!
