L-shaped house in a wonderful town on the outskirts of Österlen. Peaceful place with open fields as a neighbor. The house is open up to the ridge. In summer, there is a swimming pool and in winter, there are two stoves, a wood-fired sauna and a wood-fired hot tub. Barbecue area, parking, large green area and close to the forest and countryside. Open space on the bottom floor with living room and kitchen. Toilet, bathroom and 5 bedrooms on the bottom floor. 3 open mezzanine floors with flying stairs to 3 bedrooms. These mezzanine rooms are open without doors or railings.

In this newly-renovated guest house, you have a fantastic nature reserve outside the door, with proximity to lovely Åhus and a short drive to all that Österlen has to offer. What makes this place unique is the beautiful, quiet pine forest with lots of straw paths that will gladly lead you down to one of the finest sandy beaches in Sweden. In the cottage, you have many opportunities for a lovely vacation, maybe it will entice you with a swim in the jacuzzi or a fire in the new fireplace? Very family-friendly!

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. Bed linens and towels are included. Possibility to rent a hot tub. One-time fee for filling water, SEK 600. Firewood for about 2-3 heating sessions is included, more firewood is available to buy if needed. We have another accommodation about 1.5 km away - see our ad Cottage House. Perfect when there are more than 5 people who want to stay close to each other. There is a possibility to rent bicycles to easily get between the accommodations (gravel road).

Charming turn of the century apartment from early 20th century which used to be an actual café back in the day! Access to; TV, Shower, Bubble bath, dryer, kitchen including fridge & freezer. Coffee is included! There's also a pretty garden with grill and dining area. Close proximity to grocery store as well as bus stop, taking you to Ystad and Simrishamn respectively. Close to; Ales Stenar (Kåseberga), Dag Hammarskjöld's Backåkra and not to mention beautiful beaches and great restaurants.

Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

Här erbjuder vi ett boende i pittoresk miljö nära naturen och djuren. Vår gård ligger 15 minuter från Lund 25 minuter från Malmö. Du har också väldigt nära till Österlen och sydkusten med sol och bad. I vårt närområde finns vandringsleder, golfbanor,cafeer,restauranger,dresincyckling,mountainbike slinger och andra spännande utflyktsmås.

Some of Denmark's most beautiful scenery lies around Vang. To the north Slotslyngen to the south the old quarry with mountain biking route, climbing and swimming on the sheltered beach. The whole area is hilly. Perfect place for hiking, biking and relaxing at the small cozy Vang seaport. In and around the harbor are fishing opportunities. Vang has a Café and the restaurant Le Port. In addition, there is the resident-run kiosk 'Bixen' with short opening hours during the season.

Det finns en dansbana med tak samt ett naturrum belägen vid dammen att hyra , men måste meddelas innan , då vi har 2 stugor!

Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.
