Open Fields Lugnet on the outskirts of Österlen

L-shaped house in wonderful leafy on the outskirts of Österlen. Peaceful place with open fields as a neighbor. The house is open up to ridck. In summertime there is a pool and winter time it offers two stoves, wood-fired sauna and wood-fired hot tub. Barbecue area, parking, large green and close to the forest and countryside. Open space on the bottom floor with the living room and kitchen. Toilet, bathroom and 5 bedroom on the bottom. 3 open mezzanine floors with flying stairs to 3 bedrooms. These mezzanine rooms are open with no doors or railings.

Lovely nature plot, quiet street with c 8 cabins. 10 min walk to beach. Dog fences can be lent. Toilet/kiosk /parking space by the beach.. Close distance: football field, basketball court, boules court, barbecue area. The plot: places for barbecue, and good play area ( ex mini tennis), bikes bring your own helmet, bike trailer for small children. The hot tub closed now. Perfect for Österlen excursions. By car, 10 min. to Brösarp, 20 to Kivik and Åhus, the museum railway in Brösarp, just around the corner. Fresh and well appointed

Nice house with proximity to the beach

We hire out our nice and spacious summer house in Smygehamn with proximity to the beach, shop and restaurants. There is plenty of space and space for both big & small. As far south as you can get in Sweden! Facilitations - Sauna, hot tub, boule court The house is located about 100m from the beach and about 500m to the bathing jetty. Smygehamn is Sweden's southernmost location & there is a shop, restaurant & ice cream kiosks. Proximity to more gems and beaches along the coast. Note: Pets are allowed based on consultation with us.

Animals & Child-friendly cabin with fireplace and hot tub

Cozy cottage just outside Höör where you get full access of the whole place and where there is hot tub outdoor, fireplace, outdoor fireplace, large wooden deck and a spacious garden with a forest just behind. The place is in a small cabin village close to Kvesarum Lake. Around the cottages you are surrounded by the forest and with a 10 minute walk through the forest you can come down to a lake with barbecue and swimming area. NOTE: this is not a place to have a party or play music outdoors as it is in a cottage village.

In this newly renovated guest house you have a fantastic nature reserve outside the door, with proximity to lovely Åhus and a short drive to everything that Österlen has to offer. What makes this place unique is the beautiful, quiet pine forest with lots of stony trails that are happy to lead you down to one of the finest sandy beaches in Sweden. In the cabin you have many opportunities for a lovely holiday, maybe it attracts a bath in the jacuzzi or a fire on the new fire place? Very family friendly!

Bubbelpool /bastu finns på tomten som går att hyra mot en avgift Det går att boka en turridning till häst i skogen även där till en avgift ! Eller så tar du med din egna häst ! På tomten finns en egen damm !

Located between the sea and two fine golf courses you will find this accommodation with a spa feel. The property has a nice plot with a large wooden deck where you can enjoy both swimming pool (not heated) and hot tub. The sea is only a 2 minute walk away. The home is equipped with a fireplace, sauna and gym machine. The listing has another resident wall to wall (but locked in between). It won't be rented out to other guests at the same time, but the hosts will stay there sometimes.
