BBQ, fire pit and firewood. The house is furnished with tilting from the living room up to the hostel with sleeping places. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. In the house there is a living room with sofa and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Heating is heat pump and wood-burning stove.

The sandy beach just below the house is as attractive in summer with a swimming jetty and beach café as it is in winter for lovely walks. Several seating areas on different floors. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transportation about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden bike path runs just above the house.

Come and stay in beautiful Kåseberga. We are renting our charming guest apartment located in the middle of the village, with Ales stones around the corner and the harbor a stone's throw away. The newly renovated apartment with private entrance is on two floors with kitchen, living room and bathroom on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and two single beds in a connecting walk-through room. In the garden is its own demarcated, private patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue grill.
