The house has a beautiful location in a quiet neighborhood, and near the beautiful rocky coast with Sandkås lagoon beach. With garden, courtyard and outdoor room on rocky ground. Grill, fire pit and firewood. The house is furnished with a tilt from the living room up to the attic with sleeping places. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. In the house there is a living room with sofa and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and entrance. Heating is by heat pump and wood-burning stove.

Here you can enjoy the tranquility with the lush garden outside the windows, take a dip in the sea, stroll along the beach meadows, or read a good book in the hammock. If the weather is bad, you can warm up in the Jacuzzi, sauna or in front of the fireplace. The garden has a patio on both the front and back (east/north/west), so both breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the morning sun. Charcoal grill (Weber) is available.
