Our holiday home is located on the outskirts of Allinge town right next to Næs Strand. The house has a beautiful location in a quiet neighborhood, and near the beautiful rocky coast with Sandkås lagoon beach. With garden, courtyard and outdoor room on rocky ground. Grill, fire pit and firewood. The house is furnished with a tilt from the living room up to the attic with sleeping places. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. In the house there is a living room with sofa and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and entrance. Heating is by heat pump and wood-burning stove.

In the middle of Österlen, in the charming fishing village of Brantevik, this cozy house is located just 300 meters from the sea. Here you can enjoy the tranquility with the lush garden outside the windows, take a dip in the sea, stroll along the beach meadows, or read a good book in the hammock. If the weather is bad, you can warm up in the Jacuzzi, sauna or in front of the fireplace. The garden has a patio on both the front and back (east/north/west), so both breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the morning sun. Charcoal grill (Weber) is available.

The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transportation about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden bike path runs just above the house.

On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, bathroom, dining and television room and a room with a double bed. On the 1st floor you will find 2 bedrooms - both with double beds. The upper floor has been completely renovated with new branches, a ceiling for kip and new floors in 2025. One branch opens up the entire room and provides a fantastic view.

The newly renovated apartment with its own entrance is on two floors with kitchen, living room and bathroom on the entrance floor. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds in a connecting walk-through room. In the garden, there is a private, enclosed patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
