Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Cabin secluded on a large plot of land on a beautiful 19th century farm. Small, but everything needed is there. Also Wi-Fi and Chromecast. Only a sofa bed, 150 cm wide. Private entrance and parking. Quiet and comfortable. Close to Kivik ,the sea ,and the national park. I also live in the yard. My family is coming in the summer, so then there will be a bit of life. But nothing that is usually heard. There are also 2 apartments in the large house. See my profile. If you want to borrow bicycles, that's fine. 2 bikes

The cottage is located by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. The accommodation is in very good condition and is located within a private residential plot. The cottage has a kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and sink. Various kitchen utensils and coffee makers. Next to it is the living room with TV, as well as sofa bed (2 seats). Bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. Sleeping loft with double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nearby is the famous Åhusbryggan, Restaurant and hotel with spa "Åhus Seaside"

Suitable for both couples or solo travelers. Here you live with the forest as your nearest neighbor and the lovely beach. The cottage is in a quiet area, where most of the houses are summer houses. The cabin is equipped with air conditioning.

In Maglehem, there is no car traffic. Five km to the nearest grocery store. This place is most beautiful in Skåne. South from the south: Take road 19 that go from Ystad towards Kristianstad. Turn right at Maglehem/Lillehem.

Cottage in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the vast beautiful beach that stretches from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025, we have 4 new nice bicycles in the cottage that can be used by guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in Helge Å, among other places. The military facility Ravlunda shooting range is a bit away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no activity. In other periods, sounds and bangs from shooting exercises can be heard.
