L-shaped house in a wonderful town on the outskirts of Österlen. Peaceful place with open fields as a neighbor. The house is open up to the ridge. In summer, there is a swimming pool and in winter, there are two stoves, a wood-fired sauna and a wood-fired hot tub. Barbecue area, parking, large green area and close to the forest and countryside. Open space on the bottom floor with living room and kitchen. Toilet, bathroom and 5 bedrooms on the bottom floor. 3 open mezzanine floors with flying stairs to 3 bedrooms. These mezzanine rooms are open without doors or railings.

Lovely newly-renovated house with associated guest house only 150 meters from the sea, with lovely swimming and nature beyond the ordinary. There is room for eight people in three bedrooms, one of which is in the guest house (which also has its own bathroom with washing machine). Social areas with room for many on the ground floor and bedrooms on the upper floor. Well-equipped kitchen that invites cooking. A secluded courtyard with pool and sun from morning to evening is accessible from the living room. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home.

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a common comment we've received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with a clear marine feel in New England style. The floor plan is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has some privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamn ship is a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull. The beds have reading lamps and electrical outlets for charging. Electric vehicle charging. Sauna and pool.

The pool is normally kept open from mid-June to late August and then maintains a temperature of just over 25 degrees The guest house is located in beautiful Skillinge on the Österlen coast about 600 meters from Skillinge harbor, where there is a grocery store, restaurants, etc. Close to swimming docks and beaches. Here, Österlenleden (hiking trail) and Sydkustleden (cycling trail) also pass. Four golf courses are within 30 minutes' drive.

We want to welcome you our dear home called Församlingshemmet in Fågeltofta, Österlen. This is a place to relax, enjoy, cook some nice food and hang out with your family or friends. We believe this is the perfect spot for two couples, a family of four or a couple of friends wanting to spend time together. The space is divided into two unique apartments with one queensize bed and one king size bed, both with double duvet. The interior is inspired from our travels around world.

About this space Welcome to our charming 300 year old monk's cottage outside Kristianstad on a working horse farm. Entire house with separate courtyard garden, wood fired hot tub and a larger shared swimming pool. We are 10 minutes from Kristianstad, 20 minutes from Ahus and the same to beautiful beaches along the coast. Local amenities are (Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant) within 3km of the cottage and the bus is 15 mins away.
