The Luett Stuuv is located in a lively but quiet neighborhood with lots of nice cafes, restaurants, shopping and parks. Lake Werdersee and the Weser River are within walking distance, and thanks to the excellent connection to several train and bus lines, the city center and the rest of Bremen are just a stone's throw away.

Enjoy a stay in the former home of the painters Fritz and Hermine Overbeck in a modernly furnished 2-room apartment in a friendly and lively multi-generational house with its own terrace and garden access. The apartment is centrally located (shopping possibility, S-Bahn connection on foot) and at the same time in a green oasis in a scenic location (Schönebecker Aue, Bremer Schweiz). This high-quality furnished apartment in the quiet district of Deichshausen is perfect for couples or families. Shopping about 1 km away, free street parking, spacious terrace in the countryside. The Wesermarsch right outside the front door and the nearby rivers Weser, Ochtum and Ollen invite you to take bike tours, walks or inline skating tours. Good location on the Weser bike path. Oldenburg and Bremen can be reached in just 30-40 minutes by car.

Our guests have the upper floor with 90 square meters to themselves. A small second front door leads upstairs. There is a kitchen-living room, a large bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, another room with a 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. On the ground floor I live with my boyfriend and our 3 CATS, I cannot rule out that the curious furry inhabitants will visit you if you have the door open.

Pick-up can be arranged. Surroundings in absolute nature, in the neighborhood a farmer with fresh milk and a figurehead carver, outdoor space without end, barbecuing on the beach with fantastic sunsets, suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.
