Welcome to stay next door to moose and deer. In this little cozy house, you live on your own plot at the top of Frejs Backe. The plot has a large balcony around three sides of the house, with sun for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the house there is a large lawn suitable for play and games. The surroundings consist of meadows and beautiful forest. 200 meters to the swimming jetty and 800 meters to the cliffs and beach in the evening sun. The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge & freezer and microwave. One bedroom has a bunk bed and in the living room there is a fireplace.

Parking spot on Ljusterö, where boat is available to get to the holiday home located on Västerholmen about 800 m , boat experience is required. Rowing boat with 9 hp engine and life jackets included. Towels and sheets are available for rent.

Are you an author and want to lock yourself in an archipelago bubble? Now you've finished looking. This magical mini cottage fulfills the dream of living in the middle of the archipelago, and literally a stone's throw from the water. In the approximately 12 sqm, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, hot water and dining area for two. In the bedroom, there is a single bed that can be pulled out to 160 cm. A modern shower room is in the barn and is shared with the other guest house. Each guest house has its own dry toilet.

You can partly see the sea from the house and as we are situated by the waterway into Stockholm you can see the ferries going by. Completely renovated in 2012 with new kitchen and bathroom and all-year-round isolation and heating. Continuously updated and partly new furniture in 2022. Come stay in the archipelago but enjoy the convenience of being on the mainland!

Just over an hour from central Stockholm, this gem by the sea is located on the living archipelago island of Ljusterö. The cottage is newly built with a five minute drive to the grocery store, restaurants, golf and padel court, etc. By the water there is a child-friendly sandy beach and the possibility to swim from the jetty.

Our cabin is located at big island called Ljusterö, about 60km from Stockholm center. You cross the sea with car ferry (free of charge). There is a food store, restaurants, golf, museums at the island. A short walk away from the cottage (maybe 400 meters) there is a small common beach. Private sauna at the property. No running water, all water must be fetched from a public well located approximately 200 meters from the house. Eco toilet in garden house.
