Newly built modern guest accommodation for 1-2 people and 1 child 0-2 years old. Year built in 2021. Located on beautiful archipelago island Resarö just outside Vaxholm. Near a bus and a grocery store. Private parking for a car. Fully modern equipped with high standard. Kitchen with room for 2per. Fresh bathroom with a shower. Living room with a combined bed/sofa (140cm) for 2 adults. TV, WiFi ,washing machine and other equipment everything new from 2021 Nice patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture. 5 min walk to swimming or take the bikes that are available to borrow.

The guest house has a combined bedroom and dining room, a large bathroom with toilet, laundry sink, shower cabin and washing machine/dryer. In the well-equipped kitchenette, there is a two-burner induction stove, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave with steam function.

Enjoy walks along the water, swimming from the dock or the shallow beach. Relax on the large deck or why not a pass in the garage gym. The cottage is newly renovated and fully equipped. For a small extra bed, there is access to sauna and hot tub with sea view. Borrow bikes to explore or visit the cozy restaurant Skeppskatten. A 140 bed + extra bed for children.

Bus stop is just below the plot boundary so it's easy to get to Stockholm city. Nice mini 2a in nice surroundings close to the sea

Nice guest apartment suitable for a couple or 2 -3 people. The house is located in the idyllic pavilion area on Resarö with Resarö tennis courts and nice baths very close by. It is also close to the Resarö Pavilion with cafe, lunch and dinner on some evenings. Nice walk and jogging loops outside the door. It is close to the grocery store and bus. Welcome!
