Our vacation home has a living area of 70 sqm. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa town of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. There are commercial businesses in the neighborhood, but they cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at a height of 150 cm. Hiking trails lead directly from the house, and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also groomed. Are you a group of 8 people (or more) and want to spend a great vacation in a fantastic location, right on the river and in the immediate vicinity of Legoland? With the 4-star vacation home "Brenzblick," we offer you an entire vacation home with a huge garden, terrace and conservatory, which we completely renovated in 2018 and prepared for you. You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

Apartment in a central city location

The apartment is located right on the edge of the old town and therefore everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical Hall). The market square (known from the Schwäbisch Hall open-air theater) and St. Michael's Church are within walking distance. Almost down the stairs and you are already there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with private access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

The Brennerei apartment is one of three apartments on the Obertor holiday farm. The 66 m² apartment is friendly, bright and equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower, separate toilet. Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is barrier-free and therefore ideally suited for guests with physical disabilities. There is also plenty of space for our little guests to play and discover.

Our house has two separate bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a huge shower. Many beautiful cycle paths along the Danube or the Zusam. The modern bright apartment (90 m²) is in the center of Bernstadt. A bakery with breakfast café is right in front of the house. To Ulm and the science city, you can drive by car without traffic in 15 minutes, to Legoland also 15 minutes. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a panoramic view over the Swabian Alps. The approximately 45 square meter apartment has a separate entrance and is ideal for business travelers or short-term vacationers due to its central location. Business travelers will appreciate the direct proximity to local companies such as CARL ZEISS, HENSOLDT or LEITZ. A reserved parking space is available in the adjacent parking lot.
