Our cottage is located on the outskirts / edge of the forest / cul-de-sac. Suitable for 3 people (2 adults+ child). The municipality of Abtsgmünd has been a state-recognized health resort since 2010, meeting climatic and air hygiene requirements. Many hiking and cycling tours in the surrounding area. Our granny apartment was renovated in 1/25. Abtsgmünd is located on Bundesstraße 19 in the Kochertal between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. Close to shops, Parking spaces in front of and next to the house.

Enjoy your stay in this centrally located, modern, newly built 1-room apartment in Aalen. The new kitchen is fully equipped incl. washer-dryer, coffee and tea. The cozy 140x200cm bed accommodates up to 2 people, luggage can be stored in the tall cupboard or under the bed. The dining table can easily also be used as a home office thanks to 300 MBit/s WiFi 6. The modern bathroom with floor-level shower and underfloor heating as well as the underground parking space round off the apartment.

New bungalow/vacation home on the Ostalb

The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines 4-Parteien Hauses in einer sehr ruhigen Lage in Abtsgmünd. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten, direkten Zugang. Auf 120qm Wohnfläche und einem großen, mediterran angelegten Garten mit Wiese, Bachlauf, Feuerstelle, Whirlpool und großer Terrasse können Sie sich mit Ihrer ganzen Familie entspannen. Haustiere sind willkommen. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden Sie im Umkreis von ca. 800m. In ca. 500m erreichen Sie den Laubachstausee.

The very well-equipped apartment is located on the 1st upper floor, accessible via a staircase with separate entrance. The sunny 3-room apartment has 85 square meters, a balcony with a magnificent view of the Rosenstein. Ideal for business people, fitters or small families, the apartment is conveniently located near the B29. We would be happy to welcome you as our guests.

Apartment is located on the outskirts of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Perfect to unwind and relax...

In the vicinity (500m) of our recreational area Stausee Rainau Buch is our apartment, here you have many opportunities for sports activities. During the summer, the swimming beach at the reservoir is a very popular excursion destination, with the possibility of staying at the beach bar. Enjoy the beautiful area and simply stroll through the nearby cities of Aalen or Ellwangen. We have lovingly furnished our apartment with all the necessary items.

Enjoy your stay at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The apartment is located with a separate apartment entrance in our modern apartment building in the best location. Downtown is a 10-minute walk. The B 29 to Stuttgart and the B 19 to Oberkochen/Heidenheim are very close. The factory bus to the Zeiss company is only about 200 meters away. The apartment is exceptionally equipped. In winter, the underfloor heating is wonderfully warm.
