The place is small and perfectly appointed. Literally everything you need from Queen sized bed to full kitchen to washer and dryer to large fridge and freezer. The outdoor deck (with BBQ) was perfect place for coffee in the morning and evening wine. If you like birds and birding you will find the home perfectly nestled into the trees that are home to many species from Woodpeckers to Nuthatches. We walked to and from all the restaurants in Eastsound everyday making the location perfect for exploring the entire island.

We've been staying at Julie's and Peter's place/s for close to 15 years now. They are unsurpassed in the quality of attention to detail, added amenities, and communication when it comes to vacation homes. We woke up this morning and I said, "They did it again. We walk in, we settle, and we feel like home." We don't ever feel this comfortable anywhere else, and frankly, don't want to return home. My husband thought about going out to buy a kite, and I said, "I bet there's one here." There were two! Plus, the West Beach walks with the views in every direction at this location are something else. Thank you for sharing your magic, Julie and Peter - our kids have practically grown up vacationing on Whidbey thanks to you.

Our stay here was perfect! It’s definitely out in the country—there is a farm with a pony, horse, chickens, ducks, and goats right down the street. The host and her family are nearby in their house, but it doesn’t feel like you’re exposed or anything like that. They recently got goats and they are so cute…and honestly, quiet unless you’re outside talking to them. Also, they have A/C which is a must for summers 😊 would stay here again! It’s a really good spot for working, too!

Such a cute place! Right in the heart of the town so it was easy to walk to the nearby restaurants and shops. Also, right on the beach with easy access. Will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the log castle was outstanding! This Beautiful, very clean, unique home has a great layout for gathering and connection. We particularly loved the swivel chairs by the windows that allowed us to engage with each other while also swiveling around to take in the beautiful view. We saw many birds including herons, Eagles, and hummingbirds, as well as an entertaining group of Harbor Seals lounging on the floating raft! We were able to walk to town on the beach during low tide, but the downed trees did test our nimbleness so we chose to get a ride back. Enjoyed the shops, restaurants and relaxed vibe in town.

Robin's Airbnb is just as wonderful as all of the other reviews. We immediately felt right at home. The house is very tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, and the kitchen is well stocked. You could live here for a month and not need anything. Robin had thought of everything to enjoy our stay. The backyard is super cute. It was raining while we were visiting but when we go back to Seattle, we will certainly enjoy the backyard. We will be staying here again. The neighborhood is quiet and less than 10 min to several good restaurants. 1000% highly recommend!

This is a cottage and is as beautiful, cute, quaint and aesthetic as the photos showed on the listing. It’s in a terrific location, we felt safe and it was peaceful. The interior was very clean especially the bathroom, thoroughly clean.

Lynna and Dennis’s cottage was the single best airbnb experience we’ve had. The space is beautiful and cozy, and our hosts were infinitely kind and welcoming. There is so much to do on this property—it was a true “choose your own adventure” experience. It seemed like every day we discovered a new nook or cranny that Lynna and Dennis have put there to surprise and delight guests. We kayaked, explored the tide pools, lit the wood stove when it got chilly out, and had an all around wonderful time. Their recommendations for things to try around the island were spot on. (Check out the whale watch they suggest—we had a blast, and learned a lot about the region!) There is so much more to be done and enjoyed on this property and on Orcas than we could fit into four days, and we sincerely hope we’ll have the chance to return soon!

Had a lovely stay at the Rose cottage. Hot tub fit both of us (one 6'5") and the kitchen was well equipped. Wood stove was lovely too and the tap water was excellent well water. A bit of highway noise outside but couldn't hear it over the hottub jets 😊 Also, the bed was a bit small (as advertised) but the bathroom was very spacious!
