Great place for a family trip

We felt very comfortable in Per's beach house. It is very tastefully decorated and we had everything we needed. It is beautifully located near the beach, the walks with our dog were very nice. One morning we even met a deer. Unfortunately, we only had three days… you could easily spend a week or two here and do a lot.

If you want to experience life in a traditional Swedish home a few kilometers from the coast of Bohuslän and the engravings of Tanum, then do not miss this gem that awaits you at the end of the road (be careful to follow the instructions so you don't have to go wrong). In addition to the warm and child-friendly environment, you will certainly receive the visit of Hektor the cat who will pick up some pets. We will keep the memory of our time in this house without which our journey to Sweden would not have been so successful.

We enjoyed every moment of this little mini vacation in Dan's nice cabin on the island of Lyr. In the cabin there were all the amenities and the surroundings offered fantastic Bohuslän nature with a tranquility that few places have these days. The host Dan provided the best possible service and very nice treatment.

The stay was great and we enjoyed the evenings infront of the open fire. Johan helped us fix some last minute issues as well.

Very nice and cozy house right by the pier in Grundsund. Walking distance to the store and to the restaurant Pelles Smokesi which is also recommended. Johanna is a great host! Highly recommended

Nice place to stay in Gothenburg if you want to have an easy access to the city center but you want to be in a quiet area. The house is very beautiful and with a very nice touch. I definitely suggest it!

We loved our stay at Malcolm and Christina’s place. The house was huge and felt like a boutique hotel. The tips in the guide were really useful and we had some fantastic trips out and evenings spent down at Lyckens spit. We weren’t lucky enough to see any moose which our girls were disappointed with but did see lots of deer from the terrace. A wonderful relaxing stay - thank you.

The ONLY problem with this place is that we couldn’t stay for longer because it was the end of our Sweden tour. It is AMAZING here. Best hosts, incredible breakfast, GORGEOUS house, great sauna, wooden decks, cool design, soft fluffy beautiful bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. I am literally crying as I drive away because it was so incredibly beautiful and the hosts were awesome. Go here! You will NOT regret it!

Nice and calm home with amazing view. We've enjoyed jazzuzie when it was cold outside.

We've enjoyed it immensely! For a large group, it is especially perfect with several rooms, toilets and showers. The jacuzzi and sauna were a lovely bonus. The accommodation was also excellent for toddlers, and the host was very generous with toys and other things that made the stay smoother. The house felt very homey and cozy. The only thing that was a little challenging was to get all the cleaning done in the morning before checkout.

We spent some beautiful and frosty January days in Malin's nice and well-equipped house on Hamburgö. We enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace, the jacuzzi and the quiet surroundings. Malin was thoughtful, easily accessible and very generously shared the details of the house. It's likely very nice here even in the summer. It will be the highest rating from us both to Malin and her house. Thank you! We would be glad to come again.

Beautiful, modern, spacious and very well equipped house in beautiful and charming surroundings on Hamburgö. Clean and nicely furnished with space for a large family. Very peaceful and absolutely stunning surroundings , walking distance to the small ferry which in 2min takes you to the mainland. We loved it - and will definitely come back in the summer !

Lovely place really🌟 fell in love with this place. The kids loved all the toys/ cozy playroom that was widely used!. Otherwise short distance to lovely swimming beaches, grocery store and Gothenburg city of🫶🇸🇪 Karoline and Magnus are some great hosts who respond quickly, make great recommendations. Thank you Espen for a great stay! Well planned and very cute house with a decent kitchen and lots of outdoor areas. It was just the two of us but it would be perfect for families. Espen was very helpful and proactive and check in was easy with photo instructions. We got lucky with the weather and the area is peaceful and beautiful.

We stayed as a family in this home and can recommend it without reservation! The house was very clean and we immediately felt comfortable there. The hosts live approx. 300 meters away and were very friendly and helpful.

About 10 minutes drive from the pier, suitable for us to go to the pier early in the morning to take a boat to Denmark; walking distance to the sea; the whole neighborhood is very beautiful, the house is spacious, beautifully decorated, fully equipped with kitchenware, we are 6 people, including a couple, spent 2 days here, very comfortable house, if I have a chance to come again, this will be my first choice.

Amazing guest, and wonderful place, couldn’t wish for more

We had a really nice staycation at Sara's cozy cottage. We were welcomed and felt right at home. The place was warm and surrounded by greenery and in a quiet neighborhood, well equipped and had all essentials needed for the trip. Sara was an amazing host; she was very friendly, helpful, prompt in replying as well as in any assistance we needed throughout our stay. We definitely would love to be back next time!
