With proximity to the sea and forest with several lakes, you live in a quiet area 700 meters from the city center. There are well-stocked grocery stores, genuine small shops and boardwalk to cozy restaurants right by the sea. Good bus connections to Gothenburg, Smögen, Lysekil, about 1 hour drive. 7 minute drive to Lyckorna golf club. 15 minutes by car you will find a large shopping center. If you want to enjoy the tranquility of the forest and nature, you have nice hiking trails near several lakes starting about 1 km from the accommodation.

Charming 1930s villa in a protected private location with beach plot. The house is beautifully located at Rörbäckskilen with a patio right on the waterfront. As a guest, you can borrow: * Rowboat, 4m * Kayak * 4 SUP boards Here you can enjoy the silence and the nature! The house is fully equipped and furnished. Good fiber Internet connection. The style is mixed from the 1930s onwards. However, the house was completely renovated in the 1990s and has been used sparingly since then. We are happy to rent monthly or longer. At least weekly.

In the evening, you can grill and maybe pick some blueberries. Nearby, there are lovely kayak waters and for those who like nature, there are several nature reserves in the area to visit.

An ideal place for guests looking for a secluded and inspiring place to stay for their events. Perfect for golf, canoeing, fishing, swimming and hiking in Kroppefjäll's wilderness area. Access to vehicles is required

Gustafsberg, Sweden's oldest seaside resort, is just 200 meters away and the beautiful Strandpromenaden, designated as Sweden's most beautiful road in 2009, leads here.
