Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

60-square-meter cottage with private beach & older standard. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and shower, and a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer together induction stove with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Please note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double 2 single and as well as a small boat available during the stay. A place for those looking for peace and quiet. Our house is right by the sea. This means that you have a fantastic view from all rooms except the TV room. A large balcony in front of the house provides sun during the day. Next to the balcony is a hot tub. The beach is perfect for those who want to paddle and for children because it is shallow. Outdoor gym available for rent nearby. A couple of hundred meters away is a harbor. On Orust, there are exciting excursions. The town of Svanesund with grocery store and pizzeria is about 2 km away.

Welcome to this fantastic villa with a high and unique location with a magical view of Hakefjorden and Tjörnbron! The large plot offers a wide view of land, sea and islands. This well-maintained and modern villa is located in a very quiet and pleasant location in popular Röreviken. Bathrobe distance to newly-renovated sauna and to saltwater swimming at the jetty a little bit below the house. Röreviken is a child-friendly and popular area close to Stenungsund, just 5 minutes from the house.

Very old windmill rebuild as a summer holiday house. Location 45km north of Gothenburg and 7 km from the next grocery. Simple kitchen inside and also outside. Toilet and shower is outside the mill in a separate house. Sunny location, hot tub, sauna with outside shower, sea view. Ten minutes walk to the sea. Roof hight on the first floor is very low about 170 cm. Stairs are steep. Spiders live in the mill. The WIFI works outdoors only. Sauna hottub and open fire inside the mill are by wood.
