Welcome to our fully equipped cottage of 25 sqm + sleeping loft in a fantastic environment in the heart of nature, in a garden, 150 m/2 min from swimming (beach/cliff/jetty). The house is brightly decorated with natural materials, large windows, exit to its own balcony, fireplace for cozy moments, sleeping loft for cozy children/adults who want to be a little on their own sometimes. Move freely in our garden, where you can find your own nook to sit in, lie in a hammock and just be. Non-smoking accommodation, small dog is ok, not in bed.

The residence is located between two stables on calm street with little traffic. Rural location with beautiful nature around. If you want to hike or bike, Sotelden is close by and to Ramsvikslandens nature reserve it is 9.2 km. To Nordens Ark it is 15 min with a car, as well as Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. Nearby is also to Fjällbacka.

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. I sovrummet finns en dubbelsäng samt dagbädd och i vardagsrummet finns en bäddsoffa för två presoner. Boendet är avskilt och privat.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Its 30 km till Gothenburg and 24 km to Marstrand (9 km with boat) (beautiful summer island). Newly refurbished small guesthouse with room for up to four people.
