The house is located on a mountain with a beautiful view over the Stigfjord. You are close to the water with swimming jetties, and there is also a swimming area with beach and jetty within walking distance. The area has boule court and a football field. Large terrace with barbecue and expansive views of the sea and marina. Close to the sea, private but still in the community, at the top of a cul-de-sac, you will find this little house. Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The deck has both outdoor furniture and sunbeds. Five beds in total, but ideal for two adults! Even though the square meters are few, you experience that everything is accommodated in the cabin. It is close (500 meters) to lovely swimming, hiking trails and local sights. The swimming area and the harbor in Stockvik (500 meters) are perfect for both swimming, crab fishing and relaxing. Outdoors there is dining table for eight people and extra furniture that can be moved and adapted depending on the time of day. You can always find a place for sun, shade and shelter.
