The apartment of about 60 sqm distributed on 2 floors is located in a barn overlooking the meadows just 5 min walking distance from Göta Älv. There is a fully equipped kitchen and it includes sheets and towels. Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. In Älvängen center there is everything you can imagine in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop, etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

The cottage of 25 sqm with sleeping loft and outdoor space has all amenities. The kitchen is well equipped with exit to the outdoor room where you can enjoy the view of the Boxvik wedge. The terrace is on 2 levels with outdoor furniture and barbecue on the upper level and a hot tub with seawater, which the sun heats up in the summer (Open 1/6-31/8) with associated sun loungers on the lower level.

Welcome to the big square on our family friendly farm. There are currently chickens, ducks, rabbits and guinea pigs you can cuddle with, a 12m long cable car, possibility of swimming in the family's 6x3m heated pool, large lawn for those with running in their legs, dog yard and possibility to go quad biking. With over a hundred fruit trees and berry bushes, there is always something to munch on when there is season and in my small farm shop there are eggs, honey and organic sourdough rolls when I bake on the weekend.

Proximity to the sea with the nearest swimming area within bicycle distance. Proximity to shopping and restaurants in Stenungsund and only a short drive to Tjörn, Orust or Marstrand. Approximately 40 minutes by car to Gothenburg which is also easily reached via train/bus with frequent departures.

Approximately 11 minute (9.3km) drive from Stenungsund shopping center. A 5 minute drive (3.5km) to Ica Almö Livs, which has most things. There's also a gym and pharmacy.

However, you can easily bike to both Hunnebostrand city center (3,5km) and to Smögen/Kungshamn (5km). Only 100m from the bus stops also provide good opportunities to transport itself between the communities.
