Welcome to our cozy little cottage of 14 m² – perfect for two! There is a bunk bed, kitchenette, toilet and small terrace. The cottage does not have a shower, but a large swimming area with a beach, jetty, and playground is just 2 minutes away. The cottage is located in a quiet residential garden near a car ferry, a small boat harbor, and a grocery store. Parking and electric car chargers are available. Perfect base to discover Bohuslän's many nice excursion destinations and enjoy saltwater swimming. Sheets and a thin bath towel are included.

Sheets are available to rent, sheets including bath towel SEK 100/set or EUR 10. Spacious sleeping loft with two 80 cm beds, ladder up to the loft. Pull-out sofa bed, table and four chairs. Living room with kitchen, fridge and freezer, induction stove with oven and microwave. Air conditioning is available. Car park at the house. 12 km to shops and recycling.

Brand new guesthouse with seaview from all windows. 1 bedroom (140 cm bed + 90 cm bed above) and loft (2 x 90 cm beds) Livingroom with couch and table that seats 8. Kitchen with small fridge/freezer Bathroom Short walk downhill to beach, café and restaurant. Beautiful nature walks in the woods with a view and by the water. Short drive to Mollösund, Henån and Ellös, etc. Please bring your own sheets and towels as they are not included. Can be made available for washing fee of 100 kr per set.

Med egen parkering, och egen uteplats på altandäcket finns även grill. Frukostägg kan köpas från vårt hönshus Fjäderboa. Denna lugna oas har närhet till kustens alla smultronställen. Inkl populära Hafsten med ex höghöjdsbana samt bra badmöjligheter för familjen. Smögen, Lysekil, Fiskebäckskil, Orust samt Tjörn. Alla ligger inom bekvämt avstånd.

Slappna av i vår lilla lugna gäststuga med alla bekvämligheter ni behöver. Kök, badrum och liten uteplats med grill, under ståtliga ekar. Stor dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa i samma rum. Kort promenad till fantastisk brygga för salta bad och lek från hopptornet eller krabbfiskebryggan. Är ni sugna på restaurang eller bar finns det på ca. 15 minuters bilfärd. Bäddset + handukar går att boka till för 150 sek/set. Slutstädning 200 sek. Meddela om ni önskar detta vid bokning. Betalning på plats.

Du kommer att få en fin vistelse i detta bekväma boende. En dubbelsäng på entreplan och en dubbelsäng uppe på loftet. Mindre allmänutrymme med pentry, soffa och matbord. Tillgång till del av altan och grillplats. Nära till badplatser och tennisbana ( rack finns att låna ). Handdukar och sängkläder finns att låna utan kostnad. Fri parkering precis utanför boendet.

Mysig stuga i vår trädgård i natursköna Kärlingesund - nära salta bad och lugna vatten lämpliga för paddling eller Stand Up Paddling. Nära fina vandringsleder som till exempel Kuststigen. Avslappnad miljö och ändå nära hotspots som Lysekil, Skaftö, Fiskebäckskil och Grundsund. Obs: Stugan är till uthyrning endast för två gäster utan barn.

Gästhus med havsutsikt

Stuga med havsutsikt i Hälleviksstrand där ni har 10 min gångavstånd till salta bad och bastu vid vattnet som går att boka via Hälleviksstrands främjande. Restauranger och kiosk finns i byn sommartid. Golf och padel finns i närheten samt möjlighet till härliga båtutflykter till närliggande öar. En uteplats med havsutsikt.

Enkel standard i naturskön miljö, nära havet
