El studio 1 forma parte de los 4 alojamientos con los que cuenta Finca La Treviña, en un entorno rural y tranquilo. Renovados en junio de 2022. La zona compartida se encuentra enmarcada en un espacio ajardinado donde se ubica la piscina, recientemente reformada. Desde su gran terraza privada puede tener unas maravillosas vistas hacia el mar y las montañas. Bien conectado para conocer el norte de Tenerife, y el Parque Nacional del Teide. A 10-15 minutos en coche a la zona de costa.

El apartamento cuenta con un amplio y luminoso salón a doble altura, cocina americana, dos habitaciones y dos cuartos de baño. Las vistas son inigualables gracias a que se encuentra en una segunda planta y no tiene ningún edificio enfrente. Además, el apartamento tiene WIFI, mobiliario de máximas calidades, y el edificio cuenta con ascensor. There is a free big park place only 5 minutes walk from the apartment, " Parking el Muelle ".
