This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. It is located 5 km from La Orotava and 8 km from Puerto de la Cruz, where you can visit Loro Parque or El Lago Martiánez. La Laguna, a World Heritage Site, is 20 km away; Mount Teide is 42 km away, and the south of the island, where you can enjoy SIAM PARK, is 100 km away. The house is a 67 m2 apartment with a garden. Panoramic ocean views, amazing terrace

Wonderful 70 m2 attic with amazing panoramic views to the ocean, plus 30 m2 private solarium on the top. Nice ambient with special decoration. Ideal for couples or families of 4 people, although it can afford 6 using the bed sofa in the living room. It has two bedrooms, one looking to the sea and another one to the common gardens. A swimming pool is also available in the common areas. The complex is a quiet zone, no parties allowed. Sorry but no pets either.
