Cottage vacation rentals in Ormond Beach

Stephen was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and flexible as possible. He was proactive in letting us know that the check-in time was available sooner than listed. His keyless entry made it very easy to access his house and made it easy for all in my party to come and go as they pleased. His house was very clean and you could tell that as soon as you walked in the door. Everything worked well, his AC system provided arctic level cooling, his pool and hot tube was ready for use, his screened in game room was fun and actually stayed cool throughout the day, his outside gathering areas had plenty of seating, and his dock provided plenty of room to fish. This location on the canal was beautiful and easily accessible to St John's River. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone who wants a cool place to stay, relax and have fun. Thank you, Stephen, for your allowing us to stay at your house it was well worth the cost.

This is our 2nd time staying at EJs- it’s so comfortable and it’s filled with amenities along with a great hot tub and a beautiful view! So much room in this house! It’s a favorite of ours and we will likely be back next year!

We truly appreciated this sweet little home. It was in a central location to family members we were visiting. It was very clean, organized, comfortable, and had everything you needed. The deck overlooking the pond always had a wonderful breeze- very peaceful place to spend time. I enjoyed figuring out the layout of the neighborhood and it made for an enjoyable walk every morning. The hosts are super KIND!! From the first confirmation message, check-in instructions, and throughout our stay they were attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!! Thank YOU Larry Karen for sharing your lovely home❤️- side note: the RV community had a couple events for the residents during our stay. A karaoke music thing Friday evening and then water inflatables for the kids on Saturday— very kind for the kids especially- nice community!

This home was perfect for our family of 6. 15 minute walk (2 minute drive) to Malacompra Beach, which was extremely peaceful and not crowded whatsoever. This home was perfectly located between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. The host was extremely responsive and friendly. As for the home itself, it was in a quiet area/neighborhood and everything in the home was very clean and organized. Highly highly recommend!

Maria's home is located on a canal that connects to the Tomoka River, and the kayak adventures are not to be missed! We enjoyed the wonderful Florida wildlife a short paddle away (manatees, gators, so many birds!). For the less adventurous, the backyard is perfect for relaxing in the sun and outdoor dining, very private with lots of comfy seating. The house inside was very clean and well stocked, with great restaurants and shopping at nearbyTrails Shopping Center. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had, and our two-week stay at her place was the perfect "snowbird escape" for us!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this charming St. Augustine Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel welcome by personally introducing themselves—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the rest of our stay. You can truly feel the love and care they’ve poured into this cozy rental. The location is perfect, with easy access to all that St. Augustine has to offer. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the shower felt luxurious, and the beautiful backyard with the firepit quickly became one of our favorite spots to unwind. Every detail has been so well thought out—it felt like a home away from home. If I could give it 6 stars, I would! We’re already looking forward to returning and can’t wait to book this lovely house again. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Flagller Beach house! Everything about it was perfect—from the unbeatable location just steps from the beach to the beautifully maintained and comfortable property itself. The home was clean, thoughtfully stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredible—welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We truly enjoyed ourselves and would love to return. Highly recommend!

My husband, 3 kids, & 2 dogs spent a delightful Memorial Day weekend at Mellon Cottage. It was the perfect kick off to our Summer. The full kitchen allowed us to enjoy breakfast in on Sunday. The chandelier & claw footed tub were lovely & fit the cottage built in 1924 perfectly. The outdoor shower & pull out couch increased everyone's comfort. The host was responsive without being intrusive. The screened in porch was a favorite with the whole family including our 4 footed members.

I’ve stayed at several of the cottages at the Alling House and the property is beautiful. In general all the cottages are very nice. This one (Homestead) is the oldest of the bunch and does show its age. That being said the unit was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I’d be happy to stay here again.

This was mine and my husband’s first time staying in Florida and hands down loved this little home. Missy was amazing. The house was so cute! Was nice and quiet and wasn’t too bad of a drive from the places we wanted to visit.

Loved everything about this place and its location. Walked the dog to the beach everyday. Oysters for happy hour at Avenu, many favorite restaurants - AAFusion is at the top of our list. Lots of shops and live music venues.

This was an absolute beach vacation gem!! In fact, I felt I could live here!! We have visited the Crescent Beach area several times in the past, but we were looking for a place even more quiet and less touristy...and this was it. Even on a holiday weekend (Memorial Day) the area and the beach were quiet and peaceful. The house was just the right size for my husband, daughter, and I. It is often hard to find a house at the beach that isn't too big. It was a quiet neighborhood and so easy to walk just up the street for easy access to the beach. The house had everything we needed and the outdoor deck/patio were perfect for dining outside! Lots of beach amenities, too, including chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to haul it all! I really can't say enough about Mary's place. Just perfect. We hope to return!!

My favorite thing about Bob’s place was that it was in a neighborhood where I felt perfectly comfortable walking my dogs! Lots of shade on our walks was nice since it’s so warm in Florida. Lots of beautiful houses and scenery on our walks.

Awesome sweet house! The house is adorable- had some trouble with the lock- getting in but worked out fine. The house is just as the pics- except for the furniture (could use a cleaning) and some general age to the porch…. But what I totally appreciate is the tasteful decor and privacy! I can’t stand beach places that have obnoxious colors ( turquoise, pink, etc) and signage telling you that you are at the beach-Lol. This place is sophisticated, roomy, relaxing and comfortable. I love the fact that you can hear the surf from every room. The surf was a little different than further south. The waves are “rough” - the whole time and high tide makes the beach un- walkable due to the water comes up very high. Just need to check for low tide. The overall experience is awesome! I wanted a private place that I could host a few friends and then cycle in a couple of family members. It was perfect for that. The sleeping arrangements- great and I was able to spend quality time with my people

I booked this incredible gem for my 31st birthday with my girlfriend . Being 420 friendly sold me, but what solidified my booking was the fact that they offer holistic services. Finding a place that is SO welcoming to all ppl , my gf & I felt safe & right at home. I’m an energy worker myself, and the high vibration of positive energy this place radiates can calm even the most chaotic mind. We had the pleasure of booking a private chef dinner for two for my birthday by Christina and it was SO delicious! My honey and I barely spoke at dinner bc the food was so good it’s all we could focus on. 😂 & normally we are quite the talkers. We also enjoyed some mediations with Kennedy and he is a very knowledgeable, kind, and healing individual. One conversation with either Kennedy or Christina, you’ll see why people feel like family during their stay. ❤️ we made new friends with the other couple who was in another yurt, our cabin was clean and spacious, and the art center was so much fun. 10/
