Vacation rentals with a hot tub in New Orleans

We had the best time experiencing the natural and urban cultures in the bayou! Henry’s place is amazing, clean, comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorated and fun! Crabbing, fishing, hot tubbing, cooking and relaxing in…and venturing into NOLA was so easy with so much to explore …and a day beach trip to Bay St. Louis was a nice surprise with gorgeous and clean white sandy beaches for miles and a cute seaside town. What a gem of a spot! A perfect blend of relaxation and exploration! The perfect family adventure!

Fantastic location if you are active and like to walk. Easy walk to market, restaurants, drug store etc and not too far to heart of Frenchman and the Quarter. Cute yard and nice hot tub. Walls are somewhat thin but mostly very quiet when we were home and very quiet at night. Felt very comfortable and at home in this unit. Super clean!! King bed was sooooo comfortable. Loved so much extra bedding, pillows and blankets throughout. Great light!

It was a beautiful property and home! Every detail was thoughtful from pool towels outside, sun screen, charged speaker, everything you could need in the kitchen, pool toys and floats, little outdoor fire table, comfy beds. It was super clean and smelled great! The most beautiful and unique backyard I could have imagined! My kids loved the super deep pool and hot tub and so many fun lights at nighttime! Easy drive to downtown New Orleans, nice and generally quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants for anything you need! My only surprise was that the hosts live on the property, which wasn’t an issue as they were very friendly, I was just unaware! It was our first time in NOLA and staying here worked perfectly for our family of 6!

This house is super unique and better than the photos! The kitchen is insane and it’s a memorable place for a get together with friends! Easy streetcar access and very close to good restaurants and James beard winning bakeries. Can’t find a better rental!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here during our time in New Orleans! The house itself was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The weather was perfect and we had so much fun swimming in the pool out back. And the house itself was well-located, just a quick drive from all the restaurants and music venues in downtown New Orleans. We definitely plan to stay here again next time we're in town.

This place is fantastic. From the awesome staff to the beautifully renovated rooms to the incredible rooftop pool views, 888 Baronne is a must-stay location in Nola!

We had a group of 15 people which included adults and small children. The two homes can accommodate both. The pool/spa is perfect. There is an outside seating area between the two homes which can accommodate seating for a large group. The multiple bathrooms in each home is a plus, especially with a large group. The biggest selling point of this home (besides the beauty of the property and inside decor) is the location. The home is in walking distance to everything. I was especially impressed with the hosts. I had a lot of questions about check-in, transportation, local food recommendations, etc. and the hosts were extremely communicative. Even after check in, they made sure everything was perfect. I can’t wait to stay here again. This home is incredible.

Absolutely beautiful home! It was perfect for our trip with enough space for everyone to enjoy their own space or hang out all together. Check in & check out was easy and the hosts were proactive, welcoming, and kind. I would definitely book again!

We used this place for my daughter and her friends to get ready for her wedding. There’s plenty of space!

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We enjoyed our time at Spencer's place. The description of the townhome and its surroundings is very accurate. We were a family of 9 adults and 1 infant visiting for Christmas, and Spencer's unit met all of our needs. Spencer is a great host and he really wants to make sure his guests have a good experience. He was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay. He also provides direct access to his property managers. The property manager assigned to us during our stay was very helpful and checked in with me each day via text to make sure everything was ok and to see if we had any concerns. We had difficulty getting the home bluetooth speaker system to work, and Spencer and the property manager worked to get the issue resolved very quickly. We traveled with 2 extra large SUVs, and never really had any problem parking on the street directly in front of the Airbnb. There are also some eateries and bars in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

The pictures simply can't capture the unique beauty of this home! The furniture and finishings are beautiful - lighting, bathroom fixtures, murals and wall art that include tasteful vintage nudes, antiques and accessories all create a distinctive, fun vibe. The double staircase is stunning. For our girls trip group of 6, the house was the perfect size, giving each person their own bedroom and bathroom. We especially enjoyed hanging out in the upstairs lounge area. The kitchen could use more dishes, glasses and silverware for large groups but it was adequate for our group size. Our only disappointment was that the heater to the pool and hot tub was not functioning. While communication could have been better on this, the hosts did graciously refund a portion of our costs to accommodate for this inconvenience.

Had a fabulous family Christmas vacation at this Airbnb! Wilson was the on site property manager/concierge and he was accessible, responsive, friendly and communicated wonderfully to any concerns we had. Bathrooms and kitchen were well done. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable with good bedding. Fun to stay in a famous chef’s previous home. Courtyard was wonderful - we spent a lot of time out there. Our only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub was unavailable from our first day through our second to last day. That was a top amenity priority for me in choosing this property. Wilson, was diligent in getting it fixed and communicating about the status, however. I would certainly return here for future visits to New Orleans!
