Condo vacation rentals in New Orleans

Shawn was a great host who communicated well and clearly, even allowed us to check out an hour late because of our cruise time. The location was amazing! Go around the block and your on Burbon Street. Couldn’t be happier with everything.

Excellent stay! Beds were super comfortable (one of my biggest concerns when booking). Location was A+++ - walkable to so many restaurants, the Quarter, Superdome, etc. but also a quiet neighborhood where we felt totally safe. Kitchen and bathrooms were pristine and well-stocked. Host was communicative and gave us clear instructions. Definitely would stay again.

The apartment is spacious, having two side by side units is very convenient for a big group and gives a nice sense of privacy. Also really nice that all rooms had their own restroom. Some good restaurants in the area and totally walkable to the main places to go like Bourbon street and the waterfront, about 10-15 min walk.

Very nice place to stay and very clean. Location was great! Super close to Canal and Bourbon st. The host was quick to deal with our issue we had with the toilet. I love that they were fast to respond and on top of it. The towels and linens were clean and soft, and they made sure to provide a few extras which was nice.

Our stay was amazing. All workers were helpful with anything and everything that we needed. Highly recommend booking, won’t regret it. We enjoyed ourselves. I didn’t have to worry about anything once everything was booked and it was so simple. We will be booking again when I return to visit.

Michael’s place was great! Private, convenient location, and comfortable. Michael was very responsive and accommodating. Overall highly recommended!

This is a great place to stay regardless of why you are in New Orleans. It is located very close to Canal Street and the convention center and is a short walk to the French Quarter. This place is inviting and relaxing. I loved the furniture and kitchen. The beds are really nice and the entire place was very clean. The private courtyard is a really nice place to drink a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine before heading out to one of the many local restaurants. This place is ideally situated with a lot of attractions located less than a 15-minute walk away. Myself and my group really loved staying here!

Place was clean and comfortable. Was bigger than in the photos which was a plus. Walking distance for everything you may need to experience New Orleans. Would stay here again. Host was responsive and offered local recommendations to eat which turned out to be great.

We had a great time staying here for a three generation family get together… family ranging in age from 6 to 79, all enjoyed themselves! In a great location, but also tucked away off of a private courtyard, so you’re a step away from the city with a relaxing atmosphere. We walked to the street car on St. Charles and took reasonable Uber rides to many places in the city. We would stay there again!

Adam’s house was exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay in New Orleans. Great kitchen space and comfortable living room + bedding!

The space was beautiful and spacious. It was also an easy walk to the French Quarter without being in the middle of the traffic. It was fairly quiet at night. Lots of paid parking available close by. We did have our dogs and while it was a super walkable area, there weren’t really potty spots nearby. If your dog needs grass, there aren’t any nearby dog parks, and there is a park a couple of blocks away but across a super busy street. Still a 5-star experience, but wanted to provide that tip.

I would stay again in the same spot for sure. Location was very ideal and everything was within a good distance from the condo.

The host was perfectly responsive and kind. I think this place has everything you might need. Comfortable bed. Creative use of space in this former shotgun provides so much room. Treacherous stairs for carrying large suitcases so we kept them on main floor. Location is perfection. Stay here!

Great location in the Garden District! Loved the free parking in the gated lot, steps from our door. Exactly as shown in pictures, we loved having 2 bathrooms for easy mornings/evenings. We felt very safe and secure behind the gates and in a great area for walking, even at night. The more local vibe was great, rather than being in a “tourist trap area.” Magazine street was great for breakfast every morning before our daily adventures. We used the streetcar to get to many of the downtown locations during our stay, and even though the public transit isn’t the most reliable, we appreciated being only about a 7 min walk from the stop. The house was well furnished without being crowded and the kitchen had all the essentials we needed for leftovers, small meals, and a brita filter for staying hydrated in a hot/humid location!

I would highly recommend The Gabrielle to my friends/family when visiting NOLA & wanting to stay in the FQ! A fabulously updated clean space, exactly as it was pictured! It was clean & well managed! With 3 bedrooms, we were all comfortable & slept great. This host knocked it out of the park for my family! The Condo had all we needed! Walking distance to all the Quarter sites..Jackson square, restaurants, Bourbon Street…we will stay again! This host, Jennifer was immediately responsive to any questions or concern!! Her hospitality was commendable! TY for everything!

Very clean and spacious, within easy walking distance to the Ogden Museum of Southern Art and the National WWII Museum. TVs in every room and 2.5 bathrooms were wonderful amenities.

This place was amazing! Spacious and had great amenities. Host was responsive and helpful whenever needed. I would definitely recommend this place to others and this will be my new go-to whenever we visit New Orleans!

This little gem on Magazine Street was absolutely perfect! We love the neighborhood with its cute little shops, restaurants and unique bars. Our host, Craig, was very helpful and friendly. We come to New Orleans often as I used to live in the city for 10 years. I am so glad we booked Craig’s place and will continue staying here for our future trips

Everything worked great with checkin and the place was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there is a lot of streetlight and lights from the back yard units and the curtains in the master bedroom are not blackout curtains so it was challenging to sleep in that space. We are also a bit particular with cookware and the Teflon pans let off a toxic odor so cooking was challenging. Otherwise, the location was great and everything worked out well.

Great spot. Very relaxing and fun community space in the middle. Owners are responsive and helpful. It’s very close to downtown and Ceaser’s dome area. I highly recommend!

We loved our stay. It is a very cool hotel with a great rooftop and courtyard. The area felt safe and you need a key to enter the building. The place is spacious and clean and we enjoyed the balcony. The area is walkable, no car needed. Chris was responsive and proactive. He was a great host, I would definitely stay here again

We took the kids on a cruise and needed a place to stay after we got off. This condo felt very, very safe. A code to get into a gated and secured parking garage, code to get in the building, and code to get in our unit let us sleep easy. I would absolutely stay here again.
