Beautiful house close to Vallåsen with large terrace

Cozy and undisturbed house located in the countryside among fields, forests and lakes in Swedish nature. Close to Vallåsen bicycle heaven and Kungsbacka ski. Newer bathroom with underfloor heating, and the house is heated with a heat pump and wood-burning stove. Super nice and well-functioning house. We have rented the house out for several years and all our tenants have been super happy with the house and the nature around the place. There are two bedrooms: One with a double bed 180x200 cm. One with a bunk bed (2 beds 70x180) suitable for children and teenagers.

Cabin on top of Hallandsåsen

Unique cottage on top of Hallandsåsen in the middle of the forest in very quiet surroundings. Ideal for cycling and hiking. Cabin with two bedrooms, where there is a king-size bed in each room, a bathroom and large kitchen/living room. Sofa bed in the living room. Sunny terrace with gas grill and small covered area with garden table and chairs. The cottage was renovated in the summer of 2025 and can be visited both summer and winter. For the cold days, there are various games available in the cabin. The cottage has a TV with casting options.

Cozy large cottage on a summer cottage road among spruce trees and blueberry bushes. Here, you live near lakes, swimming areas and nice hiking trails. On the large property, there are several lush seating areas and plenty of space for peace and quiet. Blueberries grow around the house, and sometimes even chanterelles appear. Access to a rowboat in Lake Åsljunga (life jackets are available) and a swimming area about 1.2 km away. (The boat is only available from late spring to early autumn.) A perfect place for nature lovers year-round!

Situated in a hilly and silent area in the village of Åsljunga on Hallandsåsen in Skåne, southSweden. Several swimming and fishing lakes within 3 km from the house and wonderful nature. Alpine skiing and Båstad resp. 25/45 min away. Lake Åsljunga is 1 km away with a jump tower and sandy beach. Lovely nature all around.

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

It is not far from the E4 highway, located all by itself, you will not hear anything but the sound of nature. Three bedrooms, one with a large double bed, two with two bunk beds in each room. A large sitting room, with a fireplace in the middle, and a large dining table, with a magnificent view over the pond and the fields. There is also a fullt equipped kitchen.
