The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. The cottage (with separate guest house) is nestled between meadows and pastures, closer to 70 m above sea level with a stunning view, from Kullaberg's blue mountains in the south to Laholm Bay in the north. To the west, Halland's Väderö. The sun can be followed until it sinks into the sea like an orange. Along several trails, you can hike straight into the nature reserve with breathtaking views, steep cliffs, babbling streams and lush greenery. Only 0.6 km to the sea at Hovs Hallar with swimming from sun-warmed slabs and steep cliffs.

The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.
