Cozy and secluded house located in the countryside among fields, forest and lake in the Swedish nature. Close to Vallåsen bike heaven and Kungsbacka ski. Newer bathroom with heating in the floor, and the house is heated with a heat pump and wood-burning stove. Super nice and well functioning house. We have rented out the house for several years and all our tenants have been super happy with the house and nature around the place. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed 180x200 cm. One with a bunk bed (2 beds 70x180) suitable for children and young people.

Large patio, barbecue, 2 bikes, etc. 4-5 km to Bälingesjöns camping with lovely swimming area and fishing opportunities and small dining, 5-6 km to Humlesjön, one mile to Perstorp with adventure bath inside and out. Welcome to our cottage in the quiet area of Fasalt! The cottage is only 30 minutes from the beautiful sea in Mellbystrand. If you need to shop, there are several grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and shops just 10 minutes away in Örkelljunga. Pool is a few minutes' walk away, and is open from mid-June to late August. Cost for use of electric car charger is extra. SEK 2.5/kWh. Please let us know in advance if you want to use the charger.
