Newly built sauna (ready to use), but the exterior and gazebo are still under construction. Quiet area close to forest with nice trails, including Bergslagsleden. Golf course about 3 km away.

Secluded and private location with unobstructed views in the west (sun all afternoon and evening) but at the same time the cottage is also part of a small village where there is a soccer field, playground for the smaller children and a larger common swimming area with rocks (about 5 minutes' walk). Private jetty for meals directly by the water and swimming jetty directly adjacent to the plot (about 50 meters below the house). The rowing boat seats 4-6 people and fishing gear is available.

The cottage has a large south-facing veranda overlooking the forest, fields and lake. Nature offers a rich animal and bird life. At the beach, there is a swimming jetty, a sauna and good opportunities for fishing. The surroundings invite you to go cycling and hiking. A perfect place for both rest and activities. Stay in your own small cottage on a living farm with cows, sheep, horses and many other animals just outside your cottage. In the cottage, there is a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, a kitchen/living room and toilet with shower. Smålandstorps farm is located in Järnboås, 20 kilometers from Nora in Bergslagen. Close to forest and outdoor life, MTB trails, nice swimming lakes and fishing lakes. In the spring, calves and lambs are born on the farm and you as a guest can visit the animals.
