Barbecue and larger dining area outdoors as well as several different seating areas. Perfect for families and larger groups. The houses are suitable for 12 people, but there is sleeping space for 18 people.

Welcome to the Nilsson family's little cottage. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Extra beds are available in the guest house. The lake is visible from the cottage, two swimming areas are within walking distance. Possibility to bring your own boat, launching ramp is in the harbor. Grocery store about 3 km. Many nice and nice excursion destinations in the nearby. Among others, Tiveden National Park, Karlsborg, Töreboda, Göta Kanal. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. The patio is enclosed. 800 meters from the cottage you can see elk at dusk.

Welcome to a cozy villa in Sörby in central Örebro! Close to the city, Gustavsvik's adventure pool, golf course and Sörbybacken's high-altitude course. The house consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets, one with shower. Bedroom 1: Double bed 160 cm. Large room with space for an extra mattress. Bedroom 2: Single bed 120 cm Bedroom 3: (Basement) Single bed 120 cm Glazed conservatory with dining area. Access to garden with hot tub and sun beds and barbecue. Bed linens and towels are provided. Cleaning is done by the tenant.

Here you can experience the silence and take a break from life. Close to nature and swimming. In the house, there is an electric sauna and access to a spa bath outside. At our own lake, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna and swimming in the lake, why not a trip on the lake with the raft in silence. Access to 2 bicycles is available, for a ride in the surroundings. No smoking indoors in the entire property, smoking outdoors allowed. In winter, we charge a fee of SEK 200 for ice hole making if guests wish to swim in the winter

The large house can also be rented.

Walk into the woods or to the swimming/fishing pond, about a 15-minute walk. 10 min drive from supermarket, beach and restaurant. Price includes use of our sauna, fireplace and BBQ. The hot tub is available on request. We also have bicycles and sups to borrow. In our greenhouse, we have a basic stove and fridge and table to eat. Breakfast or dinner is possible for a fee.

Single-story villa built in 2016 with pool, hot tub outside and inside, sauna and large plot. Bicycle distance to Gustavsvik's water park and five-star campsite as well as a large shopping mall. Two fresh bathrooms, four bedrooms, one of which has a sliding door to the terrace and pool/hot tub. Child-friendly accommodation as well as pet-free and smoke-free. No pets due to allergies! Soccer goal and basketball hoop on site, as well as swing and slide.

There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.
