The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Rent the entire apartment (90 sqm). 3 bedrooms, 2 with single beds, one with double bed. Living room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is 1 flight of stairs up, no elevator. Välkommen till vårt fina hus i mysiga Lindesby. Stort hus med alla bekvämligheter, härligt lantkök (renoverat 2021), vardagsrum med braskamin. Fyra sovrum med plats för 6-8 personer. Lugnt läge i liten genuin by. Nära till skog och badsjöar. Men här finns också mataffär och skola. 20 km till den pittoreska staden Nora. Huset delar tomt med ett större hus där hyresvärden bor. Perfekt hus för dig som planerar att flytta till Sverige under tiden du letar efter ditt drömhus.

Västanvik, close to Östgötaleden hiking, Vättern's coves and swimming, walks, a quiet moment and possible day trips to Motala, Askersund, Medevi, Vadstena, and more! Motala with Varamonbaden only about 20 minutes by car is the Nordic's largest lake swimming area and offers a wonderful beach. Also suitable for golf weekends with proximity to, for example, Motala Golf Club, Vadstena Golf Club and Askersund Golf Club.

The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.

The property is located about 6 km north of Lindesberg. On the farm there are sheep and horses. Around there are nice walking paths and wonderful nature with mushroom and berry fields. About 3 mil north is Klotens fishing area. Proximity to Bergslagsleden. Bathing areas are within the immediate area. The distance to Stockholm is about 18 mil and to Örebro about 4.5 mil. There is a train station in Lindesberg.

The cottage is located a few meters from Östra Laxsjön with fantastic views of the lake from the glazed conservatory or the large sun deck. From the swimming jetty, you can easily get down the swimming ladder into the clear water for a swim or why not take a ride with the rowing boat that is included in the rent. Fish, explore the many small islands, or head to the nearby campground.
