The pool is open and heated June-August. Pool and gym are shared with us living in the house. 2 minutes walk to busstop with close connections to Örebro City and Marieberg Shopping Centre. Walking distance to pizzeria and the Golf Club.

Sandviks bath in Långsvan is located 10 min walking distance from Bråten. It's public swimming area. There is a nice sandy beach with floating docks , land for sunbathing.
