Monthly Rentals in Orange City

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described—attached to a home but still offered a great level of privacy. The neighborhood is peaceful and serene, which made it the perfect place to escape the noise and recharge. I spent a much-needed month here and left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The host was incredibly responsive and hospitable throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

The accommodation was beautiful, spacious, instructions clear. Lake Helen is ideal for walking. The location of the house by the road was a little noisy, but it was not terrible. I definitely recommend it. 😊

Very nice place! Modern applianes and decor. Walkable neighborhood, convenient location. Host communicated both by a helpful book in the home as well as email/app. Exceeded expectations, will definitely seek this place out again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to my daughter's house and close to restaurants. It was a great value and thank you Joe for getting us back in when my husband locked us out!
